Very poor communication, failing to even acknowlege emails let alone act on them. Pushing to keep reducing the price in a race to the bottom but failed to generate a single viweing in three months. Property keys kept in two desk drawers and when I went to collect mine it took 20 minutes to find them. They will claim their system was down but keys should be kept in a key safe. They also tried to hand me the wrong keys.

Elaine at Bairstow Eves was incredibly helpful whilst we were searching for a rental property. I cannot recommend Gabriel highly enough for anyone looking to sell their property. My home had previously been listed with three different agents who were unable to secure a sale, yet Gabriel stepped in and achieved what the others could not. Just Completed on a property with this branch and I'm super impressed with the service we received from start to finish. Jon, Joe and Sophie were all extremely helpful and friendly. I felt their communication was excellent and nothing seemed to much trouble. Also very accommodating and helpful on Completion day too. Thanks to all and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
