Good communication but viewings seemed to be set out over a longer period due to availability leaving some potential buyers to offer on other properties before being able to get in to see ours.

I haven’t been involved in a house sale for nearly 25 years so this was a daunting experience. My house was valued and fab photos taken and sold after 5 weeks. I was informed on the status of all viewers and received feedback and marketing reports. It’s never easy to sell your house but realistically I believe Ben Rose guided me through the process. I have now found a house to move to and hopefully things will go well

The service received was excellent. The fees were higher than any other agents we’ve used in the past but that is due to a lack of competition in this area.

Being outside of the area, I used GetAgent to identify an agent to help sell my property.
I contacted three agents and Ben Rose seemed to be the keenest.
They sold my property but the buyer pulled out at the last minute. After re-listing, the property sold in 6 days.

Chris from Ben Rose was very professional and within a week of valuation we had our house on the market and sold the house within 3 weeks. We had plenty of people viewing the house and was constantly kept informed and update on the current situation. I can’t fault the service and would definitely recommend using Ben Rose
