Been meaning to share a review for a while. We moved Nov 25. For such a long time I believed Ben Rose were the estate agent to use due to quality of photos and because of the number of boards you see everywhere. How wrong was I?! Photographer I still believe is excellent. But basically your photos are what sell your house. The staff arent salespeople they are just admin staff with too much on their plate. Service improved after we sold when it became an admin task but selling was not a pleasant experience unfortunately. Every phonecall felt like an inconvenience. They've no spare staff to present your property for you most of the time. Unfortunately I feel like we'd have been better off with purple bricks or an independent estate agent. Won't be moving again hopefully but this is just my honest opinion and experience. Might help others choose estate agents more wisely. Cant speak for the other branches of course, staff from Leyland seemed lovely but we were in the wrong postcode sadly

Their communication was excellent, and we always felt confident that our sale was in safe hands.
The entire team at Ben Rose were friendly, proactive and highly organised. From marketing the property beautifully to managing viewings and guiding us through to completion, everything was handled with expertise and attention to detail.
We would not hesitate to recommend Ben Rose to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again for all your hard work and support — it really made a difference.

We recently purchased our home through Ben Rose and they were so helpful, friendly, and approachable.
They provided advice and reassurance when we needed it and made sure everything went smoothly - I'm sure that's not always easy in a 4 link chain! Special thanks to Chris and Kayleigh. We're now living in our dream home and could not be happier :)
