messaged in Chorley told team i don't have a guarantor they said was fine done a video viewing and let us summit forms of id to sign up and said everything was fine but said we need to look property before signing tenancy to make sure we like the house i messaged again to double check everything was fine they said it was and landlord doesn't want a guarantor and as soon as we spend £70 to go there and back to Chorley we met Abbie who was dealing with us and she shown us around but as soon we left she turned around and said they want a guarantor after we viewed property in person and spent £70 and told us we were going to be signing everything fine the way she was was like she didn't like the look us and that discrimination very bad team they lie to you we got told we was passed for a property only to be discriminated avoid we won't be getting a property from these again if they don't like you you won't get a property

Ben Rose were excellent. I liked that they had an office in Longton which shows they’re committed to the village. They generated lots of interest in the property which was sold on the first day of sale. There were thorough checks to onboard the property and the staff kept us informed of every development. 100% recommend.
