When I initially met Jane from Beresfords I instantly knew she was the right person to market my property. Her professional, friendly and realistic approach to the current market gave me every confidence she would sell my property...and she did, in a matter days in fact.
I have to add the progression of the sale was not the easiest by any means. It was complicated and lengthy due to the pandemic, but I always felt in good hands throughout the process as Jane always had things under control. She has a air of calmness in her approach and knows what she is doing at every stage which in turn gives you the confidence that she will handle the situation. I have lost count the amount of times I called her over the past months but I never felt that I couldn’t!
Not only would I say that I highly recommend Jane to market your property successfully but I can honestly say I have found a friend in Jane, in fact now we are coming to the end of the sale I will miss her. Lovely lady, knowledgeable agent and works so hard to get the right result.
