The sales instruction was given on the basis of the local knowledge and market evaluation provided by the agent. However during the agreed length of the agreement, no viewing was arranged, at the end of the 4th week, agent approached me for a chat, agreed a time. He never contacted me, my overall experience with this so called “ Estate Agent” is terrible, no communication from the office/agent since instruction, not pro active. This resulted in my withdrawing from the market

The house has been sold subject to contract so our goal is on the way to being met. Communication has on occasions been a bit of an issue but overall has been satisfactory. The relationship between us and Beresfords has been positive overall.

Brilliant from the beginning to the end. Any questions I had, they responded within a few hours and put my mind at rest throughout the rental process. It was all very smooth, clear and they only seem to manage safe and nice properties. Great experience!

Jess and team have been amazing from start to finish. We were buying with them & the chain was long & complicated and every step of the process Jess and team were there to support. Jess is honest, clear, maintains excellent communication throughout the process. She always tells you exactly how it is to avoid wasting your time & to make sure everything goes through. She helped manage the entire process often being the one to chase solicitors and get stuff sorted way beyond her role. She went above and beyond and we would 100% recommend them to family & friends & we will definitely use them again!
