Dealing with them was fine for sorting the property out but some of their staff may need to brush up on what's normal and what's actually possible. Also they might want to express some interest in the state of the properties that they represent.
So much condensation that your windows are completely soaked every day is not normal and according to one of their agents it's impossible to get rising damp in a flat. Here's a picture that shows otherwise.

Wish I could provide them 0 stars. Below are the reasons:
1. They handed over a 2 Bedroom rental unit (prior to Christmas - 18 Dec 21) without ensuring the unit's movable status. The unit was so dirty and unlivable that I had to stay 5 days in a hotel until they made it generally cleaned after a few attempts on 24 Dec 21. Imagine my Christmas.
2. They never provided me with any inventory list.
3. The White goods were provided to me after 15 days.
4. They provided the keys to Landlord's Selling agent and they entered the unit with the keys during my presence without even knocking on the door. They even didn't know that the legal tenant is living there. Beals didn't inform them properly regarding this. This is a major privacy breach act.
I'll never use them for renting or buying.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

I rented a flat with Beals in November of 2018 and stayed there for two years... Unfortunately, it was two years too long!
Once I moved in, I realised that the electric radiators didn't work properly and that the windows had been inadequate before I moved in, to say the least. I didn't realise after only fifteen minutes of viewing the property that some of them were in fact, broken open! This problem was not listed anywhere on the inventory that Beals had given me and I was never told about this issue verbally. Merely that they simply needed a 'coat of paint to freshen them up.'
I then spent the winter in freezing cold conditions and suffered from chest infections.
After many months, the landlord arranged for the windows to be fixed. The workmen arrived to 'fix' them, only to get the measurements wrong and leave me with windows that were sealed shut with some sort of industrial foam, meaning that I couldn't open the windows and it was left that way for more than ten months!
This caused black mold to develop, as I couldn't air the room. I spotted it too late and realised that I had been breathing it in every night as I slept! As soon as I spotted it, I cleaned it up immediately. However, it continued to return during the course of those ten months, so I had to keep cleaning it.
The toilet broke after about six months of living there and continued to break over the course of my tenancy, leaving the flat smelling of urine and excrement, due to constantly not being able to flush the toilet and having to use buckets of water in an attempt to get rid of the waste! The problem was never fixed and left to get worse and worse, until the toilet flusher had all but come off completely!
Then came the problem of the black, green and white mold underneath the kitchen sink and in the bathroom!
I later found out that this was due to leaks in the pipes and called Beals immediately.
The landlord never fixed the leak underneath the kitchen sink and only came to fix the one in the bathroom after the floor had been completely flooded!
The floorboards were taken up by the landlord an entire week after I had reported the urgent issue and white mold had developed over the floor, as it had been left unattended for so long.
I was then made aware that the landlord knew all along that there was a problem with the pipes behind the bathroom sink!
He made it clear to me that he simply 'hadn't got round to fixing the pipes.' I was speechless!
The bathroom floorboards were never even put back down during the rest of my tenancy!
The landlord even had the audacity to increase the rent and after trying repeatedly to get out of my tenancy agreement early, Beals informed me that in order to do that, I would need to pay them hundreds of pounds in fees just to get an agent to book viewings for the flat, so that someone else might take the property off my hands, but with no guarantee of this!
Despite of all this, I cleaned the flat before vacating it and left it in the best state that I could.
When I was finally free of that horrendous flat, I then had to fight to get my deposit money back!
I opened up a case with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, after Beals kept ignoring me.
Beals sent them a report on behalf of the landlord, who wanted to keep my deposit money for 'reasonable wear and tear' that was present in the flat before I ever moved in and 'damages' that were either caused by the landlord himself or entirely made up! For example, he wanted money for 'damage to the kitchen door.'
There is NO kitchen door, as there was always an open archway into the kitchen!
Suffice to say, I had lots of evidence to present to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, proving that I had done nothing wrong and I got my deposit money back two months later.
Suffice to say, that the time I spent in that flat were amongst two of the worst years of my life!
To Beals, the landlord and that horrendous flat, I say GOOD RIDDANCE!

If you will see ‘’this person does not rent from us’’ this mean that agency has put it on but I do rent from agency.
We moved here In June 2020 during the first lockdown and it already started with lies - walls are freshly painted, property is clean and ready to move as it was video tours at the time because of the pandemic.
On the day of getting our keys we have sign our contract and it was too late.
I have started to clean the property and after 6 hours spendng in the bathroom my hands went down and I lost hope for cleaning, because mould was everywhere!! Everything I’ve touched was falling down! And then we called agency..
We tought they will fix everything so we we caried on with making feel this flat like home because to find another property during the lockdown was nearly impossible.
We have cleaned the mould from the windows and re-painted them. We have re-painted the walls which meant to be freshly painted before we moved as the agent told us.
After a loooong 4 months spent in the flat they’ve send someone in to check on mould and fixed just a little part of it while we were away
(Came back after a week and found toilet full of workers piss and not flushed! They ‘fixed’ mould just back of the cupboards but left all shelfs mouldy so we still could not use it and after 7 months of living in the property and paying full rent we kept all our kitchenware in the boxes!
Wardrobe in the bedroom same as kitchen stinked so badly that we could not use it to keep our clothing in there and from the second bedroom had to make a closet.
I could say more and more but I won’t beacause this agency is not worth more words from me! Please check the photos!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!!
