They erected signage in my garden without permission, and have failed to collect it now for ~3 months. I’ve called and requested its collection on three different occasions. It’s been littering the public footpath for a month now. That being said, the local dogs have taken a liking to it.

Rightmove stalking and spamming letters to our address. Please consider your environmental impact. Based on this and the other reviews this seems like a futile tactic.

We have just completed our purchase with Chase Buchanan. It hasn’t been an easy process with the chain braking below us at one stage. Alex and Michelle at Chase Buchanan helped and kept us up to date with progress through the process. Michelle is amazing and we are so grateful for her tenacity which helped us get the sale over the line.

My friend and I were renting a flat in the Downend area through a company called Intire. We were happy with the service they provided. Then that was switched to Chase Buchanan and things went down hill. Within months, they notified us that 'the landlord' had decided to increase our rent by 15%. I was in a low paid job & my friend had recently lost her job so it would have been a struggle to afford that. After some discussions, it was agreed that it would be reduced to 'just' a 7.5% rise. Still a struggle but we managed. About 10 moths later, they informed us - BY EMAIL - that the landlord had decided to sell the flat & that we had to get out. There was no chance of us affording to live together elsewhere and, as we were getting zero help from Chase Buchanan, we had to separate. They also charged us £300 (+ VAT) to have the place deep cleaned after we left when the flat was far from clean when we moved in 6 years earlier.
Some staff were helpful at times but I found it very unprofessional to be told that we were being evicted by email.
The only good thing to come out of this is that we'll never have to make use of the services again.

Was with this agency from 2022 till 2025.The worst experience ever.Absolute irresponsibility and miscommunication. Indifferent attitude to tenants needs and requests.Would never recommend to anyone????????????????????????

The Clifton Sales Department provided me with a superb service when I sold a house a few months ago. I have been in the property business for 28 years, during that time I have sold many properties through a number of estate agents. Scott & Gemma are the most effective & efficient estate agents that I have come across in that entire time. They found a buyer & achieved completion in a very short time to meet an important deadline for me that I had thought was near impossible.

Seen several houses advertised by Chase Buchanan through "online auction" with ridiculous fee of 6%. This way, the seller is the main loser but the way they advertise it to theseller, makes them believe the online auction is the best way to sell. Not trustworthy at all

I would give no stars if I could. Our experience with Chase Buchanan has been overall very poor and have advised against any friends to rent through them.
Communication was poor throughout, we have spent countless hours on hold to Chase Buchanan, not just hold that eventually gets answered, hold where it hangs up as it has been so long.
The agency couldn't find anyone to fix the heating/hot water, because it was too old (cca 40 years), so we had to have the heating on when we wanted hot water.
After moving out of this property it took two months to get back the deposit (they deducted more than £100 because the grass was overgrown, however the initial inventory stated the same when we moved in) and we are still waiting to get back the overpaid rent.
This letting agency is extremely unprofessional, and I would recommend people to avoid it at any cost.

Chase has absolutely no interest in helping or supporting its tenants, generally isn't very organised or responsive when it comes to issues -even when it's their own fault- and does nothing to ensure the properties meet the bare legal minimum, such as being a livable temperature in winter, while straight up ignoring emails and offering absolutely no help.
