We were lucky enough to not only find our dream home through Pattison lane but to sell our own property with them. From the start with Russel doing our valuation and photos, as well as getting us in to view what is now our new home asap, to the incredible Lara and Tiana who both did viewings with us, we had an exceptional experience. However, for us, Sadie, was truly the star of the show, she went above and beyond at every single stage, progressed our very long and tumultuous sale, honestly she put up with a lot and always stayed cool and motivated even when we didn’t, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to support us through what was one of the most important stages of our lives. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, the fact that this review has been written almost a year later proves how grateful we still are to them to getting us to where we are. What an amazing team!

We can’t thank Pattison Lane staff enough for how helpful they have all been. When we first moved into our current property we were so disappointed with how the landlord had left it and his poor communication on matters that needed to be urgently addressed. However Pattison Lane always pulled through and sorted this out for us.
To mention a few who helped us, we want to say a massive thank you to Sarah W for constantly checking up on us, querying if we had heard from the landlord and always chased him up when we hadn’t. She always listened to me when I needed her and rectified all issues.
The same goes for Raji B, she always had our back with speaking to the landlord and organising the repairs needed for our house. She was even kind enough to think of us when a new house was going to go on the market and got us in before it went live. We are now about to move into this house and cannot be more excited for our new home.
Eleanor F showed us around the property and was so helpful. She has organised everything with the new landlord and made this process so easy and simple for us.
Lastly we would like to thank Abigail K from sales who talked us through the possibility of getting a mortgage and went step by step in helping us. We decided to keep renting for the time being but she had put in so much hard work to organise this for us.
We will be staying with Pattison Lane in the future and hope to buy our first home with them in the coming years.

We bought our property through Pattison Lane, and they were by far the best of the professionals we were dealing with. From the initial viewing with Lara, to completion, almost a year later, they kept our spirits up, and also kept us fully informed of developments. We would single out Sadie as having gone above and beyond. She called us on her days off, rang to reassure us when it looked as if we were going nowhere, and was unfailingly professional. This company is a joke. Poor attitudes, bullying tactics and terrible communication. I was accused multiple times of not paying even though they were sent a copy of the bank transfer every time, moments after paying. Maintenance work took weeks to be taken care of and often took me losing my temper with them before anything would be done. Literally the worst property managers I’ve ever dealt with. They’re liars and scam artists. Run far, far away as a tenant- they don’t care about you. Note how most reviews are by landlords or sales- very few by tenants. That alone speaks volumes.

Excellent customer service and communication from start to finish. Tiana and Lara were hardworking, professional and marketed my property so positively; they were a pleasure to deal with. Sadie Bithray was an absolute star during the process of the sale of my property. Although there was no chain on either side, the whole process took almost a year. I ended up relying on Sadie a lot when I couldn't get hold of my solicitor or my solicitor wasn't answering my emails or telephone calls. I knew Sadie was always on the case, and she would always keep me updated. If I hadn't had that support from Sadie, it would have been a much rougher ride for over 11 months. Thank you Sadie.

Great customer service, this company and the staffs are amazing!
I'll particularly like to thank Mr Tom Bailey-Smith who is one of the best Mortgage Advisors you'll meet anywhere. Tom was able to help us secure a mortgage offer and even went the extra mile to get us a revised mortgage offer with a major lender at a much reduced interest rate,using his own initiative. This guy is a quintessential and consumate professional, one of the very best in the business,i believe.
Another company had messed up our mortgage application before my wife's uncle introduced us to Tom Bailey-Smith, of Pattison Lane Northampton (Kettering area). He was highly recommended as a brilliant mortgage solution provider. Tom Bailey-Smith turned out to be even better than the accolades we heard from previous clients. Little wonder this gentleman has been the best rated mortgage advisor in his business area for consecutive years. He simply did a miracle with our mortgage application and the advice and guidance he provided to us, meant that we have now purchased our new property, which we have since moved into. We are very grateful for Tom's immense assistance with the application and it was a great pleasure working with Tom Bailey-Smith and Pattison Lane.

I have dealt with Raji as a tenant in a managed property and she is the best! Never before did anyone listen and action. Raji was firm and direct my not so very good landlord needed a challenge snd definitely meet his match with Raji. Raji supported regardless she was the only person who managed to encourage and support my landlord to make him a better. I can honestly say when I’m a landlord one day I’ll be knocking on Raji’s door. She’s an incredible force for the company so much so I’ll miss my companionship with Raji. Thank you for everything!

Go with one of the other agents if you are in the desborough/Kettering area.
Had very bad experience with this agent.
They don't vet the people viewing your house so you end up with people viewing that aren't in a position to buy. Resulting in wasted time
We had viewers cancel on us but pattison lane didn't bother telling us. They used the excuse of saying they left a voicemail but this isn't correct as my voice mails do not work
After trying several times to call them and failing to get through, they finally answer only to put the phone down on me and then when I call back within 10 seconds the phone amazingly doesn't get answered.
We decided not to sell out property in the end so we instructed them to remove our house from market. It took 2 months for them to remove our house from the market. This included me chasing them to do it. Honestly the worst agent I've used and I'm not new to buying or selling. Don't get caught up in the selling tactic of "we have 80% of the market share" nonsense.
