We contacted Entwistle Green regarding a detached bungalow that was for sale near the centre of Westhoughton....Claire Wright was the lead contact for the purpose and we have to say that without her tireless and professional support we wouldn't have ended living there now.
The property we were leaving took 7 months to process and we felt many times that we would lose purchasing the bungalow.
Claire was the " go between" in terms of comms with the seller and ourselves and as a result of her tenacity we managed to complete the purchase and are settling in now.
So massive thanks to Claire.
But we also have to say " thank you" to other members of the team in the Westhoughton office as they too were always friendly and professional when we had the need to contact them and Claire was out of the office.
Would continue to and have already recommended Entwistle Green to others..

We have a property managed by Entwistle Green Lettings in Lancaster and can highly recommend them . Yoanna keeps in constant contact with us and deals with any issues arising at the property promptly, obtaining very competitive quotations for repairs / replacement items etc. In summary, a really professional and friendly service.

Moved house with Entwistle this week. Despite every problem possible coming up with the solicitors, Entwistle have been there to help me. Jess and Alex in particular have been there every step of the way for me. Listened when I’ve had a moan and given me support and advice when I needed it. Moving house is stressful so having them in my corner on my side has been amazing. Thank you!

I’ve had a really positive experience with Entwistle Green. Their team has been professional and efficient throughout, and I especially want to mention Conor (Riley), the sales negotiator. The team were friendly, welcoming and made everything really straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was the unexpected new home gift box waiting for me when I collected the keys. Such a thoughtful touch and something you definitely don’t expect from an estate agent. It’s the little things like that which leave a lasting impression!<br><br>Looking forward to transforming this property and hopefully working with the team again on future projects. I visited a property with my son looking for his first home. We were met and accompanied by Ollie who was just the most perfect agent. He was polite, well dressed and very well spoken and answered all our questions professionally. Very approachable and really looked like he was enjoying his job. We have been to view many properties over the last few months and I can honestly say that we were lucky to get a smile from any of the agents who accompanied us from other companies. It made viewing the property so much more enjoyable. My son has since bought the house we viewed and Ollie has been helpful with after sales questions also. Keep up the good work Ollie. You are doing a great job.
