Harrison and Martin made what is usually a stressful process completely seamless and worry-free. Their communication, efficiency, and dedication to customer service were top-tier throughout. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to let a property in bl8 areaI had a fantastic experience letting my property through the team, specifically thanks to the outstanding support from Harrison and Martin. From our very first meeting, Harrison demonstrated excellent market knowledge and took the time to explain the entire rental process clearly and I thank them very much for this as me and my family are comfortable in our new home.

Entwistle Green at Leyland have restored my faith in estate agents!! The were handling the sale of the property we purchased. From the very first viewing we had, the professionalism and friendliness was clear. The whole process was handled really well. However, they really went above and beyond when the solicitors got involved. We were in a chain of six and our buyer's solicitor was particularly difficult and obstructive. The staff at Entwistle Green, especially the branch manager, got invloved in chasing owners to push things through including organising mutually agreeable completion dates. I realise that this is not part of an estate agent's "remit" and was very grateful that they helped so much to get us into our new home.<br>I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

We had a viewing with Katie yesterday. She was very informative, and told us everything we need to know about the property. Katie also made the viewing very personal, despite having multiple viewings back to back. She answered any questions we had, and was just a lovely person overall!

?????<br><br>A huge thank you to the team at Entwistle Green Cleveleys!<br><br>Collecting the keys to my latest flip was a great experience from start to finish. The team were friendly, welcoming and made everything really straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was the unexpected new home gift box waiting for me when I collected the keys. Such a thoughtful touch and something you definitely don’t expect from an estate agent. It’s the little things like that which leave a lasting impression!<br><br>Looking forward to transforming this property and hopefully working with the team again on future projects. Highly recommend if you’re buying or selling on the Fylde Coast. ?

Our experience with Entwistle Green started off rocky with lack of contact and being unable to contact the branch…. If we couldn’t get in contact, how were buyers going to?.<br>After we raised our concerns with the Branch Manager Sarah, Mia took over. This was a long process over nearly 9 months (due to chain) but throughout, Mia was our constant. Always calling providing updates, however big or small and everything I asked of her she did straight away and I do believe if it hadn’t been for Mia and all her hardwork, our sale and purchase would have fell through. She went above and beyond in every capacity possible with every part of the chain, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks Mia, you are an absolute star and we would be lost without you. Absolute credit to Entwistle Green
