There should be an option for 0 star rating here. Experiencing anything with Leaders is costly and time consuming. Sadly they are one of the terrible estate agents out there, and possibly the worst of all.

This review is aimed specifically at thanking Georgina Naylor of Leaders who always goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with the service provided and the overall outcome.<br><br>She schedules notes and reminders, ensuring that accurate and punctual communication is maintained throughout your dealings with her. Whether that is a property maintenance issue, or pointing someone in the right direction when a property is due to be re-let, etc.<br><br>I’ve always found Georgina to be proactive, whilst being friendly and polite throughout all my dealing with her.<br><br>Obviously, team work, makes the dream work but Georgina has proved to me over many years with dealing with Leaders that individuals do stand out and provide clients with exceptional customer service. Found leaders to be a terrible company to be buying a house from. I found most of the sales staff very kind friendly and approachable. And we were able to book viewings with no issues. After finding the house we like contact was regular and good. Until they par you off to a external sales representative. They will also force you to pay for your own money laundering checks from a 3rd party company this is normally paid for by the estate agents. And the fee was quite frankly outrageous for it. After taking this up with the manager can't remember who my have been from the derby city centre branch I was told quote "they are ahead of the game" I found on further viewings closer to completion to be very rushed and we couldn't spend the time we really needed as the agents always seemed to be in a rush to get off somewhere. Overall I wish the house was for sale from another company but hey we got the house! The end process was smooth I feel the issues lie with the upper management as most of the sales team are great. my low star review mainly stems from the additional costs we faced as buyers which I feel were unnecessary.

I've had absolutely fantastic service from Leaders from the very beginning. Kirsten came out to value my property, and she was knowledgeable in her field, knew the market, the area, and who to market the property to. She explained the process clearly and the fees are explained upfront - Leaders are transparent with everything which is refreshing.<br><br>The photos and details were booked in quickly, the photographer was efficient and once published the marketing details looked incredibly professional and really showed the house in its best light.<br><br>The viewings were booked in with consideration for my own schedule, and all the viewers had clearly been vetted beforehand. The offer process has handled professionally and as a result I achieved £6k over asking within a week of it being on the market.<br><br>The sales process is being handled with efficiency and professionalism by Janette, their sales progression manager. Some estate agents don't have sales progression as standard so it it nice to have someone other than my solicitors keeping me updated.<br><br>In short, Leaders Residential are fantastic and I would recommend them to everyone! I'd especially like to thank Kim the branch manager who is also excellent, as well as Lisa and everyone else in the office I've spoken to.

I had a great virtual viewing with Jade Scarrott today at short notice due to a cancellation as a result of COVID. Despite the odd technical hitch, she was a delight to deal with and gave a very informative, yet honest viewing of the property. I would highly recommend!

Professional team, All the girls were extremely understanding as our sale was awkward as it was a relationship split. But quickly got us viewings and a sale within 2 months. Great team i would highly recommend leaders.

STAY AWAY if you can. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Terrible to deal with over the phone, in person, answering emails with one word. We almost ended up on the street, because one of their staff messed up our documents right before the move in and blamed me for not sorting it out! (I still have the name, I have spoken to the manager about it then and there, but nothing happened, no apology) They require you hire a professional cleaner when you move out from a house you rent, yet they don't mind letting you in an unpainted property, with dirty cupboards. Ridiculous.<br>The only good side - they have nice homes. I assume they treat the landlords better, than the tenants.

AVOID. Make sure you are present at the check out. Also left rubbish outside my house for 7 weeks and I didn’t get an admin fee for chasing them up with that. Doubt the landlord was informed either. House was filthy when we moved in and STILL we get charged for a tiny bit of skirting board which needs a duster across it! They don’t dispute that we left the house in a better condition than we received it. Hmm

Rubbish service. Waited outsife a house for viewing in the rain they never showed up. Called told on way. Waited another 10 mins. Called again to be told they sent me an email 5 mins ago to cancel. Eh. No other contact from them. Im giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars

Was hoping to have a good experience when renting my first ever property through Leaders, despite the bad comments I'd heard. This did not go to plan due poor customer service, was sent round in circles for two weeks only to be told on my move in date that they didn't know when I could pick up my keys. No one ever emailed or called unless I did, even on the day of move in. Had to withdraw my application on the day of move in because there was no way I would be doing business with an establishment that treated me this way. Had to cancel the insurance they told me I urgently needed and furniture I ordered to the property. Haven't even had a formal apology from the agency. Really appalled and disappointed.

I rented a property through the borrowash branch for 7 years, in which time Leaders took over management. The ladies in the office are always very smart and welcoming and helpful if I ever had any maintenance issues. Fantastic service! Would highly recommend to friends and family!

I must say that my overall experience in dealing with Leaders Borrowash has been excellent.<br><br>Anni was not only polite and professional but a breath of fresh air. I’ve dealt with letting agency’s in the past that have just passed me around the office from pillar to post, Anni made sure I felt in capeable hands and that I was not just another number.<br><br>Nothing but praise to Anni and the rest of the team.

Really disappointed with the service we got here. Past from pillar to post and never spoke to the twice due to the call centre taking most the calls. We made an appointment at the borrowash site and they were closed when we got there. Made a 40 min round trip for no reason. Disappointing.

I would reccommend using Leaders any day! The whole process from viewing the house to applying for it has been very smooth and all the staff I have dealt with have been really informative and helpful. Sarah dealt with my application from the start and I have also had contact with all of the ladies in the referencing department and everyone has been great. The customer service is fantastic! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property!
