Was really interested in a property and attempted to book a viewing several times, left 3 voicemails and did not have any calls returned. Had an automated email about getting back to me with the home report and then nothing further. Eventually got through to another agent who promised me that someone else would call me back who never did. Apparently the house has sold however the advert is still up and 2 months have passed. Must not want money. Would hate for them to be representing my property and deal will prospective buyers so inefficiently. Seems as though I’m not the only one.... Read more

Called to arrange a viewing of a property 2x times, no answer. It kept asking for extension. Went around to their office in the west end, met the mortgage advisor. He took all details, and said the agent will call me for property viewing and with home report that day. No emails, call or anything regarding the property. Now I see the property is under offer . On that day, the mortgage advisor was really keen to book me in for a mortgage appointment . I agreed and now mortgage advisor didn’t join the scheduled zoom call and seem to have disappeared . Terrible service, unable to keep their word and appointment… Sounds like to a place to avoid if you're selling or buying a property. This review is from my experience with them. 0 stars... Read more

It was a pleasure to participate in the KW Estate Agent training program. Initially, I had some concerns, but these were all alleviated upon completion. I've spent most of today in KW Scotia Market Centre in Finnieston, a prestigious area of Glasgow. Surrounded by the most uplifting people in the business, we spent an afternoon session discussing the 24 merits of 'A Millionaire Real Estate Agent' and dissecting what beliefs and actions are required by us as agents to deliver a first class service to our clients. As a company, Keller Williams have surpassed my expectations with regards to training, systems, tools and not to mention culture. They inspire me to be the best that I can be and to serve my clients to the best of my ability. They leave old listings up as available and only after you enquire about viewings they suddenly come up with: oh, this property is now under offer but we have other available in that price range, we can set you up with our broker to determine your affordability. Spineless time wasters... Read more

I am delighted with Norrina, the agent appointed, it would be impossible to have anyone more competent, thoughtful, or helpful to deal with the intricacies of the sale. Exactly the person we needed, someone we could completely trust. The house was bought for my daughter in 2006, but soon after she needed to move and was trapped by negative equity in 2008, into having to let the house rather than sell, and became an unwilling landlord, living two hundred miles away. At last it became practical to sell and Norrina, living locally was able to smooth the way, as a good friend, not just an agent, working with the tenant, arranging home report, viewings, a solicitor, everything needed in the most harmonious manner, to everyone's satisfaction. The house was soon under offer, and conclusion of the sale is expected shortly. I was concerned, living so far away, and not knowing professionals in the area, and not wishing to unduly disturb the tenants who were good people who had hoped to buy the house themselves, but unfortunately, despite all the help Norrina provided were unable to do so. It is a great relief to finally have the house sold with the minimum of stress.... Read more
