Although we ultimately didn’t find our new home through his agency, we genuinely wanted to leave a review because of how helpful and professional he was throughout our search.<br>After countless viewings with different agents, Alexandre really stood out. He was incredibly attentive to our needs, always kept us updated, provided constant and honest feedback, and made us feel genuinely supported throughout the whole process.<br>He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was always responsive, professional and a pleasure to deal with.<br><br>Finding a home in London can be stressful, and having someone like Alexandre assisting you makes a huge difference. Especially as a first time buyer, Dan made the whole process really easy to understand and he always had time to answer all of my silly questions. Dan, in particular, was a pleasure to work with, highly knowledgeable and importantly, a genuinely decent and trustworthy person to deal with, providing reassurance throughout what was at times a very stressful sales process across the chain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)**Avoid this agency. My deposit disappeared.**<br><br>Tenancy ended 28 August. It's now early October and my £2,000 deposit has completely vanished. The agent said they’d follow up with the landlord but went unresponsive.<br><br>The agent has minimal leverage over the landlord and little willingness to actually pursue tenants' interests.<br><br>If you're comfortable losing £2,000 with zero accountability, by all means, rent through KFH. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.

They were super friendly and lovely to work with, super fast in last minute viewings and offers, responded quickly and I was able to move into my flat within less than a week of putting an offer in. Overall, they made the process of putting in an offer and moving into my flat seamless and were incredibly friendly and helpful after the fact as well.
