They were quick to respond to our queries and kept us updated the whole way through! Alice is a really friendly and approachable person and we really felt as though we were put first and supported throughout the process. She shared our excitement and let us take the lead. We weren’t rushed or put on the spot which is what stands out about Alice in comparison to the other estate agents that we met with. My partner and I work difficult hours and she made sure that our needs were always met, and if Alice was not available in office there was always someone else willing to help.

We have found our experience with Alice (Sales Negotiator) fabulous. It has been simple, positive and Alice has been very supportive while searching for our first home. The communication has been excellent and we feel at ease while navigating this journey with Morris Dibben.
Alice has taken the time to get to know our needs and has been excellent with guidance during viewings as well as very patient with my partner's Dyslexia to ensure he also understands what he is reading when viewing properties. Which has been of great help to ensure it's a stress free process for the both of us.

DISHONEST ESTATE AGENT ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!
Recently bought a house through this particular agent in Cowplain. I can honestly say I would NEVER use this estate agent again. Not only this branch, but any branch of Morris Dibben.
They DIDN’T disclose a neighbourly dispute before we made an offer and this information only came to light once our Solicitor highlighted the issue.
We were also not informed that the property we were buying didn’t have a valid probate certificate. Due to dishonesty our mortgage monies and our buyers and their buyers monies were all drawn down by our solicitors and had to be sent back and we were all charged interest.
The conveyancer used by our seller is one recommended by Morris Dibben in some sort of Cow boy package deal. Essentially useless and in SWINDON! So when issues arise everything paper related takes FOREVER.
Even on completion day after our Solicitor called to inform us our purchase had completed, messages WERE NOT passed on in branch and the Manager Lisa refused to give me my keys. At that point I legally owned the house! I had to leave and call my solicitor for them to call seller conveyance company to get them to call the Branch again!
There is more but I won’t go on, essentially all issues could have been avoided with a bit of honesty.
THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU BUY OR SELL HOME THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

I initially met Lisa on a house viewing and after explaining our situation (moving 2 households into one), her understanding and can-do attitude made Morris Dibben the ideal choice for us. All the people in Morris Dibbens Cowplain office were always very pleasant and helpful. I have to say a big thank you to them all especially Summer who put up with me on numerous occasions, taking me to see various properties not once but sometimes three times.
