Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

I recently completed my purchase from Newton Fallowell Sleaford and I have to say that the service was excellent. Lee especially was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and he even sorted out problems at my end ! The whole process was managed extremely well and I could get hold of Lee at all times. He also went out of his way to help me, even sometimes out of hours. Cannot recommend them enough !

They are facilitating DSS discrimination. They told me I wouldn't be able to pass referencing without a guarantor or savings. Wasted my time going to view a property with them. They didn't even have the decency to call me afterwards and tell me I was unsuccessful. I had to chase for answers. Couldn't care less attitude towards the barriers they are creating for people on benefits. Was fobbed off and told to go to the council instead. Very disappointed.

I've been renting with them for over 2 years now and what a big disappointment I must say. Since moving in I was told the missing tiles behind the toilet waste pipe would be repaired, and over 2 years later there is still a hole in the wall. On top of that I have been asking for 2 broken taps and broken shower to be fixed for over a year now, and still no joy. I have asked numerous times for the problems to be resolved but nothing is ever fixed. I have had enough of living in these conditions.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I cannot recommend the team at Newton Fallowell enough. My family have received first class treatment over the Christmas period. Nothing was too much trouble. We considered both local and internet based estate agents for the sale of of our house and after the unresponsiveness and lack of urgency of the internet options (with photos and valuation taking over 2 weeks lead time), we decided to go with the local agents. Of the various ones we had to look over our property Newton offered the best rate / quickest photos and update onto websites. The sales service was far superior to our previous experiences with other agents and the team were constantly updating us and could not do enough for us. The sale went through smoothly and I am more than happy to recommend the sleaford team (In particular Matt and Will).

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD. I have been renting with Newton Fallowell for nearly 2 years now. Staff are friendly however............ My home has now been entered on two occasions without prior authorisation from myself. A tradesman has been given access to my home, which only myself and young daughter live at, without my prior knowledge. The only way I have known someone has been in my property is that I received a gas safety certificate through the post. The first time this happened, a year ago, i was overwhelmed with apologies and reasons for the mistake. Low and behold it has happened again. I have lost all faith in this company. Legally this is TRESPASS
