AVOID! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Initially when you approach them they are helpful, however once you have made a contract with them for a tenancy for example, they are absolutely useless. The staff are very poor and do not support the landlord or tenant whatsoever. You pay a monthly fee to them and you actually end up doing the communication yourself. I cannot stress enough, use a different company.

An amazing service from William h Brown in Sleaford. I’ve sold many houses in my lifetime and I’ve never had an estate agent so proactive and thorough. The manager Elliot gave me great advice on the market and value from the outset, and then his team took over and were truly outstanding. I was assigned to Izzy and she was so helpful, enthusiastic and thorough, we can’t thank her enough. I got updated at every stage and she did all the co-ordinating and chasing. Unfortunately an update, WH Brown lost a key on one of my properties, encouraged me to use Zero deposit on one, tenant then trashed my property. overcharged me then settled for original price, i then bought a property through them with the previous tenant/Landlord using them to hold his bond, they wouldn't return his bond or even pass it to me, they later apologised to me as they had lost my original email advising of the change, will NEVER use for rental again..

Really nice people that help you solve everything as fast as possible and help you through all the madness that is moving somewhere else (specially from someone from abroad like me). They specially helped with all the paperwork and arrangements that had to be done that I didn't know about, and they were very very patient with my nearly daily visits to solve things.

The mortgage advisor in this establishment is really really good I recommend anyone to use Mark he is brilliant. He gets five stars.
If you're buying a house from these guys very efficient and nothing special.
However if you are going to use these as a landlord I will shop around.

Shocking post tenancy service. Over 9 weeks after moving out still no return of secuirty deposit. There was no dispute regarding agreeing a price with landlord, new tenants moved in within a matter of weeks. Im just wishing we didnt go out of our way as much to help out now, like showing all prospective new tenants around property for landlords/letting agents. Just feel like we are being fobbed off and given every excuse under sun like there are problems with accounts or its with the landlords and we have tried chasing. Very shocking service will not use again.
On the other hand the service while in property was fine, couldnt complain. Moving out and getting money back is the problem.

I can't praise w h brown enough. After the death of my father the council was kicking me out the family home. The home has been in the family for 50 years.
Saw a house online with w h brown and booked a viewing. Lucinda has made the process from viewing the house to renting it so very easy. Communication as been great. I'm now looking forward to making new memories in the new house.

Extremely poor experience. Been on the market for 9 months and had 2 viewings, one of which they forgot to book in and completely surprised when people turned up to view! Charged an upfront fee for photographs and energy ratings, but 9 months on, still haven't had the energy ratings, and they told us we don't need them because ours is a new build. But somehow we still ended up paying for them. Photographs OK, but written details in our brochure were poor and inaccurate. Had to completely rewrite. I asked them to take the house off the market two months ago. They are still advertising it.
