It appears that the branch manager has asked friends to submit positive reviews that do not reflect genuine customer experiences. While I understand the importance of building a strong reputation, this practice is misleading to customers and does not represent fair or transparent business standards. As a customer, I value authentic feedback when choosing services, and I believe it is in the best interest of the company to ensure reviews remain trustworthy and honest. My experience with Dagmara was very disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to chase for updates rather than being kept informed proactively. Several promises were made that were not followed through, which created unnecessary delays and frustration. I did not feel that Dagmara acted with the level of professionalism and reliability I expected from an experienced real estate agent.
