I used Pacitti Jones as most in my street have been sold quickly by them, it's a very popular avenue but my house needed major modernising so I went with the advice on pricing, and what id get that Paul gave me, he wasn't wrong! next I had Elspeth negotiating again very good, they also have a big database of potential buyers too including developers, needless to say my house sold in roughly 4 weeks and I got what I wanted!!! They do cost a little more but the saying you get what you pay for is applicable here they can market more effectively for you I'd say worth every penny.

From the first step of arranging a surveyor, photographer to marketing, viewing and completion they were remarkable. Everything was arranged in a few days, and house straight on the market. We had an abundance of viewers of which we were contacted about from the minute they were arranged. The communication was fantastic, no need for us to worry, they gave us all the information, and reassurance that we needed. Moving house is the most stressful and exciting time, and I always felt like they were part of it, not just another client on their books, it felt personal. Our house sale has been one of the most stressful, surreal experiences of our lives. A beautiful house with outstanding views across Rutherglen to the city yet it took over two years to sell.
The first setback was two irresponsible buyers who pulled out the day before completion, something which is apparently becoming more and more prevalent in Scotland. Pickfords, our removers, wouldn't change their schedule so we ended up camping in our house for the next year. A firm we wouldn't use again.
The next buyers had a fault on their title deeds which hadn't been noticed by any lawyer for 40 years. It was supposed to take three months to rectify but in the end took 10.
Throughout all this, Lynne Campbell was fantastic. She gave us weekly support, made us laugh and kept us fully informed about what was going on. Pacitti Jones is extremely successful in our area but despite the constant failure to complete on our house she never made us feel less than valued customers and was with us every step of the way. She felt like a friend more than an estate agent and helped us stay positive when we were tearing our hair out.
I should add that the rest of the staff were always very friendly and warm. We hope never to sell a house again but if we did we'd definitely call on Pacitti Jones.

We would highly recommend Pacitti Jones Burnside for the sale of your property. Our sale wasn’t straightforward but this was no fault of the professional staff at Pacitti Jones. Our house was added to the market early November and we finally moved into our new home at the end of May. There were 5 parties in the chain and for different reasons buyers pulled out. It was a very frustrating time but the staff were so helpful keeping us informed with any updates and offering advice as and when the situation changed.
We are not planning on moving again but we would definitely use Pacitti Jones again and would like to thank Elspeth, Lynne and Paul in particular for all their help.

My husband and I had the best experience selling our flat with Pacitti Jones Burnside. Everyone we made contact with was professional and helpful. The online portal for viewing booked appointments was very helpful. Unfortunately we had 2 different buyers pull out of buying our flat for personal reasons. Each time new viewers were booked in again quickly and every time Megan negotiated us great offers. We felt like we were in safe hands with a team who know exactly what they are doing from start to finish. Each person knows their roles from Paul, Elspeth to Megan. Thank you again to you all.

I attended a flat viewing back in September. The agent Elspeth was more interested in chatting to the viewer she discovered she was related to than showing others around the property.
When I had to interrupt their conversation to ask questions about the property (things like "Are the fridge-freezer and machine machine included?" and "Did the previous owner live in the property?") she wasn't able to answer my questions. She said to call up the office the next week and she would have found out the answers for me. When I did call she still didn't know.
The property came with a garage, but I wasn't able to see it because Elspeth didn't have the key.
All in all a fairly disappointing experience, considering it was a nice property. I ended up getting a property from one of Pacitti's rivals.

I'm reading through the reviews and find myself quite confused. My experience yesterday was nothing short of awful. I don't know if the individual I spoke with is naturally rude or if she was acting with discriminatory intent, but the way I was treated by the branch manager was completely unacceptable. In just 14 minutes, I was ridiculed, demeaned, disrespected, and even called "crazy." I was being honest about my situation and process, yet it seemed like she believed I was wasting her time. To make matters worse, the other staff members appeared to enjoy watching the whole ordeal, which only reinforces my suspicion that there was discrimination involved.
She also stated that if I were trying to buy a flat contingent on my house being sold, it wouldn’t be ideal since most people prefer cash buyers. After this experience, I will certainly not be using their services for my property needs.
I left the office deflated and discouraged.
Lynne, here’s a tip: You never know what someone is going through in their personal life. As a customer-facing representative, it’s crucial to have empathy, regardless of whether you think someone is wasting your time. Every single person who walks into your office is a potential client. You do not ridicule. You do not dismiss. You do not humiliate. And you certainly do not treat anyone the way you treated me.
There was NO professionalism and certainly no outstanding service from you.

In the Burnside office, Paul visited our home with great advice, and his knowledge is second to none, the client login portal is a brilliant piece of technology, keeping you up to date with viewings, notes of interest, and offers.
The high quality of photos and 3d tour are excellent.
The rest of team at Burnside from Megan, Alison, Lynne, and other team members have all been so helpful and pleasant with nothing being a bother. They are with you every step of the way. Megan, our sales negotiator, was our main contact and kept us up to date guiding us through every stage of the sale, in fact our house was sold beyond our expectations.
From the start of us seeing the property which we were interested in, I believe that without the rapid fast offer from Lorraine Law, Business Manager, at Lenzie branch, we wouldn’t have secured the right property which many admire. This is the second occasion Lorraine has helped us, buying our last house was just as easy.
I can’t believe we have our new home.

From the initial meeting with Paul who impressed with his knowledge of the local area and the housing market, to Saleem who took fantastic photos of our property and Megan who has been an absolute star throughout the whole process I cannot fault them at all. Our first sale fell through as a result of a really long property chain so we didn’t want that second time around. Never felt any pressure from Megan to sell our house quickly. She supported us throughout and was very much in our corner the whole time.
We used Pacitti Jones for conveyancing as well, for buying and selling. James and Ifet from the Shawlands office were our solicitors for that aspect and again was very impressed with both of them. Very thorough and kept us informed of everything.
We also used Dougal to arrange our mortgage and with the current climate with interest rates and criteria changing constantly as well as our own personal circumstances he had his work cut out for him! It wasn’t an easy process but he was fantastic throughout and really worked hard for us to get the best deal possible.
I have been very impressed with everyone I dealt with in Pacitti Jones, many of their staff have worked for the company for years and that definitely helps, they have a detailed knowledge of the local area and house prices. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and courteous and would highly recommend them if you are moving house.

Had the worst experience with pacitti Jones in burnside especially Meghan. Meghan was forcing and pushing a property into a closing date since day one and when we eventually went into a closing date and agreed to this the staff there stated that a property worth 150k went for 200k in the end. In fact I checked the registry records and pacitti Jones lied. They inflated figures and made up a story that Somone offered 200k and 30% over when this was not the case and the flat went for exactly the same amount we offered. Will never ever use these manipulators again they treat their buyers with contempt and don’t realise that without buyers there will be no sellers! Actually everyone should check their website , on their website they warn their sellers not to liaise with the buyers. Completely manipulated and awful customer service. We ended up with another agent who had wonderful customer service and we ended up extremely happy with our purchase

From the get go, Paul madee feel extremely confident he could achieve the price we were looking for. Once our propery hit the market, Megan took over amd what a job she done. The service from Pacitti Burnside branch has been excellent. From Paul's initial visit to value my property, it was clear that his knowledge on the local property market was second to none and his advice in making it more marketable was very much appreciated.
Saleem the photographer did a phenomenal job with the photos showcasing it to it's full potential.
The sales team worked hard to get viewings in and with almost 60 viewings they did well! All very organised through their website where I could keep track of viewings, feedback and offers. Megan, my sales negotiator kept in touch throughout the process updating me and was very thorough when offers were recieved re buyers positions to ensure I was selecting the correct one.
Sharon from the legal team has also provided guidance throughout when offering on properties myself and made the experience as stress free as possible for me.
Overall, extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend to others in the area.

I recerntly sold my house through Pacitti Jones in Burnside. Paul initially came to value my property and I felt very comfortable with him and reassured by his knowledge and experience that I immediately cancelled other 2 estate agents I had appointments with. Next Annemarie came to familiarise herself with my property as she would be arranging viewing and be the first point of contact. She was really friendly and and along with Megan and Lynn kept me fully updated on what was happening with my property. Salim's photos were amazing. I am sure he was the reason I had so many viewers in one week. He made my house look so good I started to question why I was selling!! I absolutely loved the App which kept me continually updated with who was viewing my property, any conments from them and also notes of interest and finally offers. It meant little liaison was needed with the office although the staff were always on hand to explain exactly what was happening. They made my house sale virtually stress free which is definitely not what I was expecting. I would now never use anyone else and urge everyone to give them a try. Between the whole team there is a vast amount of knowledge which ensures the whole process runs smoothly.

From his first visit we were very impressed with Paul's kind and friendly manner, he answered all the questions that we had without hesitation.
The excellent service continued with the gentleman who did our home report, followed by the absolutely fantastic work by Salim the photographer who exceeded all expectations. He was extremely friendly, easy to work with and very accommodating and had a great sense of humour. The photos were amazing and he's definitely the best in his field as far as we are concerned!
Next AnneMarie who was our negotiator was on hand at any time of day, keeping us updated at every moment that she could. She kept the whole process moving smoothly with a very friendly and reassuring manner in what was a new experience for us. Our satisfaction was important to her at every step of the journey and she put her full resources into the selling of our house, we were actually surprised at just how much was involved on her end and we're very grateful for her efforts.
There were also many other staff who were working in the background as a great team to get us the best possible result, including Agnes, Lynne, Megan and Craig.

Had a viewing scheduled in the morning. The agent called in 30mins before viewing to cancel it, because he was stuck in traffic. I was already nearby as I took into consideration that it was peak hour and left early, unlike the agent. Had to take time off of work for this. Later on they called to reschedule viewing and the only time was 4 pm the same day claiming that I cant view it next day as property is most likely gonna be reserved by then. They expect clients to be 'full time employed' but able to leave work whenever to attend viewings that later on get cancelled. Some respect would be appreciated. Dont recommend this agency.

submitted an offer via my solicitor, i received a call from pacitti jones on closing date after the deadline time of 12 noon, asking me to re-submit the offer, we found this strange and unusual, still i did as asked, around 4pm received an email saying my offer was not successful. i found Megan to be unprofessional and rude. i would not recommend them , i am certain that in this case seller would have received better value for their house had it not been for this agent

The team at Pacitti Jones in Burnside clearly know the local market. From advice on presenting the property, to pricing strategy, to marketing, their advice was spot on at every turn.
The organisation of viewings through their client portal is excellent, providing up to the minute information on appointments, viewer feedback and offers. Really useful. A shout out also for the excellent brochure photography.
The outcome of all of this was a constant stream of viewers, a number of offers and a sale within three days of the property going onto the market.

Megan sold our flat (in a not great location) not once but twice after our first buyer pulled out the day after lockdown was started. Not only that but she managed to get us nearly 10% more the second time around.
I really loved the Paccitti Jones insight tool where you can track all aspects of the sale from websites hits, viewings to offers. Despite, having this great resource, Megan always kept up to date with us and even if there was nothing new she would call for a catch up and let me know what she had been doing behind the scenes to get folk looking. Transparency is a number 1 priority for me and I never felt like she was being anything else.
If it wasn't for the fact that our new home is most likely our forever home, I wouldnt hesitate to use PJ Burnside again.
Thanks so much for everything you have done (and still do! Lol) for us.
