Lucy was absolutely outstanding! She made me feel as though I was her only customer, giving me her undivided attention throughout. Her warmth, friendliness, and exceptional efficiency were truly impressive. Nothing was too much trouble, and her level of service went above and beyond my expectations. Shocking experience where the aggressive incompetent sales manageress tried to upsell me on a dodgy ex rental where the previous owner had made a mess of a renovation 20 years ago. Yes - Im English but Im not stupid or responsible for something 500 years ago!!!

Pacitti jones stood out as having a realistic and experienced view of the market. The speed and quality of services in the lead up to property going on the market was impressive, and the very helpful portal and email updates with viewings booked info and viewing feedback were excellent. Very easy to deal with, professional and helpful staff, would absolutely recommend

Lesley-Anne is fabulous! Her local knowledge is spot on, and she seems genuinely interested in your property - it's not just about a quick sale.
Everything has been seamless - the photography is wonderful, the client portal is easy to navigate, and really helpful, and the service is excellent value for money. Regardless of whether you're selling a one-bed flat, or a ten-bed mansion, you'll get the same level of attention.
Absolutely faultless service, and I'd 100% recommend Pacitti Jones.
