We had an excellent experience the team in the Dennistoun branch selling our flat last year. We chose Pacitti Jones as their online portal is super helpful, they have excellent local knowledge of properties and the market, and Shona kept us informed, answered any and all questions we had (there were lots!). We got the offer we wanted within a few weeks of putting our flat on the market. They made the entire experience really easy and managed our expectations very well. Highly recommend considering PJ as your next estate agents of you're buying/selling in Dennistoun.

Very Good Estate Agency Support from Shona McCulloch @ Pacitti Jones, Dennistoun - and Legal Team.<br>?Our company received very good Estate Agency support from Shona and her team at their Dennistoun Branch.<br>Shona provided us with a number of properties to consider in the Dennistoun area and included Home Reports of those we were interested in viewing. Shona also provided an indication of the realistic selling % above Home Reports value in the Dennistoun area, taking account of the level of interest.<br>Viewings, including 2nd viewings were arranged very quickly, accompanied by Jamie, who was also very helpful.<br>After arranging to informally Register Interest in a Dennistoun property, we arranged for Shona to put us in touch with the Pacitti Jones Legal Team. Tracey Newing, New Business Team, who was also very helpful in providing initial Legal Advice and submitted a Verbal Offer on our behalf, which was accepted.<br>Alison Gourley and Graham Paisley at the West End Branch then took over the Conveyancing and Legal Support work to finalise our Written Offer, which was more complicated due to a Limited Company Buy-to-let and consequential Mortgage lender/legal requirements around all of this.<br>A successful outcome was achieved for our property within a tight timeframe, otherwise the property would have been re-marketed.<br>All of this, including sourcing a suitable Mortgage lender/product was handled seamlessly and professionally by the Pacitti Jones team.<br>We have no hesitation in recommending Pacitti Jones as a one-stop Letting Agency/ Solicitors for excellent advice, support and delivery - all at very good value for money.<br>We were also very impressed by all of the team members at the Dennistoun Branch, along with the comprehensive package of Legal and Lettings Agency support provided by Pacitti Jones.

I spent hours researching online for honest and diligent estate agents in and around Glasgow - trusting someone with one of your most prized possessions can be unnerving. After narrowing it down to two estate agents Pacitti Jones won my vote, with their track record within the east end of Glasgow and their focus on getting you the best price for your home - whilst remaining genuine throughout the whole process. Customer care was great, any time I requested information or clarification on any aspect, they were there to help. I hope this review helps those searching for their chosen estate agent, as I know this can be a daunting process.

Carmen and the team at Pacitti Jones were very supportive with selling our house and gave us very sound advice at different times during the sale. They organised an excellent photographer to market the house and promoted it on social media. Very happy with using them for the sale of our home.

Fantastic service from staff at Burnside branch . From initial visit from Paul to handing over keys , Lynne , Elspeth and team were approachable , efficient and very helpful with sale of our family home .
