Lizzie was excellent!
My partner moved her property to Pennine after a terrible experience with another agent in the area. Lizzie asked for a slightly higher fee and promised the service and communication would warrant it.
As we all know most estate agents do not but Lizzie was superb through the whole journey, her professionalism and great communication made the process of the sale easy for us and we thank her for this.
If you are buying or selling in the area then this business is the one to use with Lizzie and her excellent team

We have bought and sold properties a few times but not local to here. So when deciding which estate agent to go with a few things were important to us not knowing the local agents- the photos and marketing, as that is what will initially attract potential buyers. In our opinion nobody locally is doing this better than Lizzie and her team at Pennine.
So then we wanted an independent agent who would work with us in a more personal way- Lizzie smashed this on our first meeting, she was down to earth, real and had an enthusiasm that we really liked.
Lizzie evidently worked really hard to get our house sold- she was available and communicative, 7 days a week and at most times!
The sale process was particularly gruelling, with two fall throughs where two buyers pulled out. Lizzie remained calm and kind of set the tone of just getting straight back to it and pushing on.
After what seems like the most difficult sales process, certainly that we've ever experienced, we finally got the job done.
We are really grateful to Lizzie and her team for being with us through it.
We certainly have been quite drained from the arduous process but having Lizzie and everyone at Pennine with us getting the job done definitely held us together.

I can't thank Lizzie enough. I recently sold my 1st house and bought my new home which I just wouldn't have been able to do without her help and guidance. From the 1st viewing of my new home to completion of both properties Lizzie was professional but friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and was always on hand to give advice and answer my many many questions. I did run into some issues (out of both our control) but Lizzie was very reassuring and did everything she could to move things along. I have absolutely no plans of moving again but if I had to Lizzie would be my 1st call.

We purchased our first Project Home from Lizzie at Penine Property group, we had a fantastic service from the first time we visited to exchanging contracts. The team worked well with our solicitor and kept us in the loop when required without the constant stress which some companies seem to like to share!
There are lots of companies on the market who can sell houses, but there aren’t many like Penine who can problem solve on the spot should any issues arise and support buyers and sellers fairly throughout the journey.
We would definitely use the Penine group again in future.

Myself and my partner can not speak highly enough of this esate agents! From the initial viewing all the way through to getting the keys they couldn’t have done more for communication or help! Anything we needed or asked was done so in a timely manner and it’s a very professional service! We had looked at several properties with different agents and Pennine were by far the best company we delt with in every single aspect. My wife and I have been working with the team at Pennine Property for the past 7 years and we cannot fault their service.
Since we moved overseas they have been quick to respond to queries and support us. They made our life a lot easier throughout their management of our property and its eventual sale.
When the house went on fire, they were there when we needed them and even went above and beyond during the refurbishment and finding new tenants. Thankfully, no one was hurt, however, we will never forget the help we received and would recommend the services of Pennine Property to any future landlord.

Disgusting service seen a property on Wednesday 23rd March 2022 so I put a email to them to enquire through Rightmove.
Phoned them up Thursday 24th March 2022 they sent me a form to fill in only to see the property has gone to let at 16:00pm

I have been with Pennine lettings for 10 years now! |Throughout that period Lizzie, Helen and the other members of the team have always been professional, patient and helpful.
