Everyone was so helpful at the sleaford branch from our first viewing to move in day. A special mention to Lucinda who really helped put me at ease with my first house purchase.<br>What really stood out was how much she went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She was always happy to help, even with things that weren't her responsibility, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. she made everything feel so much easier with her patience, kindness and willingness to help wherever she could. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure everything goes smoothly, and her support made a huge difference
