We have recently used Pygott & Crone for a property sale which has now completed, and I have been very impressed with their level of professionalism throughout.
Davis, Joe, Sam and Holly really are a dream team to work with.
Nothing is too much trouble for this great group of people. Their communication is excellent, and they simply get the job done. Even in this challenging market, they secured a sale for our property within a couple of weeks.
Just as important as their professionalism is the sense of camaraderie they build with their clients, which makes the whole process far more comfortable.
At every stage, from initial viewings through to sale progression, we were kept fully updated (often daily), which was incredibly reassuring and helpful.
I highly rate Pygott & Crone in Boston. They deliver a first class service, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Jade was so incredibly helpful not only with viewings but giving us suggestions on mortgage brokers and legal services. She made the process less daunting. Everyone else I spoke to was also so helpful and professional. I cannot recommend this team more!

Martyn from Pygott & Crone has been amazing in supporting me with finding the house I was interested in. My busy work schedule meant that viewings were difficult to attend but Martyn worked around this, allowing me to see the property quickly.
