Always efficient and made sure they stuck to the times suitable for me.<br>They'd often send through emails of suggested houses I might like.<br>Darryl was always great with communication and professional and friendly when he showed me around the properties.<br>Highly recommend. I dealt with Hazel, who was unresponsive and unhelpful at key stages, leaving me chasing for updates that should have been provided proactively. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating one because of poor service. Would not recommend.

31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.

Very professional explained everything to me making sure I was comfortable with everything .Definitely recommend

Poppy and Rachel were great at booking in all the viewings and giving me prompt feedback afterwards. Sam gave me some great advice when I had a difficult decision to make and I felt he was really working for my best interests. Once I’d accepted an offer, Amy worked so hard chasing down the chain keeping things moving and keeping me updated on the progress. I am very happy I chose them to sell my house for me.
