I purchased a property though Soul Estate Agents and I cannot recommend them enough. From arranging a quick viewing to allowing us to roam the property on the viewing with none of the high pressure sales rubbish we expected. We always try to support local family run businesses and with the excellent service we received we are sure Soul will continue to grow. As a first time buyer the whole process was nerve wracking but Sahib and Mandeep kept me fully updated the whole way through. I unfortunately had a rubbish conveyancer but Sahib kept pushing and I’m sure without this the process would have been even longer than what it was. I got better, timely updates from Sahib than I did from my own paid solicitor. When we had questions and our conveyancer couldn’t be bothered to return calls, Sahib and Mandeep went out of their way to get it sorted for us. Soul made us feel part of the process, not just another number on a spread sheet. I’ll definitely be recommending Soul to my friends and family because they gave it the personal touch with the professionalism that is lacking in too many companies these days. Viewed a property for rent with family Received a call which led to us believing we were with a chance I had to constant call then and they were very hard to get hold of Their email boxes were full and emails bounced back Mandeep seened nice but the office fails big time Didn’t have the decency to tell me I hadn’t been successful It seems it’s a lot to handle for the person in the office Not a good experience but I’m glad as I am thinking what if it was urgent and no one gets back to you I wish you well in your business This review is from my relative account...
