2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have recently renteda property from Paul Dubberley in West Bromwich. I found the staff professional and friendly. I struggled with the tech side of how things needed to be completed. Chelsea Ullman was so helpful in assisting me. I was able to go into the office at short notice and she even offered to come to my house to help. I commend the service I have received which made my move which is a very stressful time much easier.

I was able to arrange viewings within 2 days that suits my schedule. The lady that handled my case was professional and polite as well. All the questions that I raised where answered promptly. I high recommend skill to anyone local.

Her communication was excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Hayley’s knowledge and dedication really stood out, and she made the whole experience feel easy and well-managed. 21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Rented a mould infested property with EPC rating E and it was so cold and energy consuming yet they increased the rent not minding what we were going through. When we complained, they took zero responsibility and Emma blamed our breathing for the mould. We moved out and they requested part of our deposit(still contesting that with DPS) even when we caused zero damage to the property. They are simply unsympathetic and all they care about is money. I genuinely feel for whoever will rent the property I left because they usually use paint to cover the mould and you won’t notice till you start living in the house. Please check the EPC rating of their property you want to rent and completely AVOID D AND E!<br><br>EDIT: DPS gave them nothing and returned all my deposit to me. After investigation, they saw it was pure fraudulent exploitation to ask for part of my deposit for black spots in a mould house I didn’t cause.

21st Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Awful experience, they listed a house which I later found out the owner wasn't even ready to sell, the agent in charge of the sale told me the seller was after asking price so I matched this and got all of my paperwork ready for her but after doing so she was constantly making excuses and taking excessive time to respond to anything regarding moving forward with the sale. She initially told me the property in question was rented out at the moment and the tenants were already re housed pending a sale, later I found out this was untrue as she admitted the tenants have not been re housed yet and I have not heard from her since, (Its been over 2 months), not even a sorry for wasting my time or even an explanation as to what happened. To this day the house in question is still listed for sale on their site. If you guys don't want your time wasted then I'd recommend you stay away from this company and look for a property elsewhere.

Answered all of my questions and concerns, made the process very smooth and easy, great customer service. Would definitely recommend working with this company. She seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, looking forward to go ahead with their services for my property.

26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Slade Property Collective are a small, but very professional estate agency. We dealt with Oliver Jones throughout the sale of our parents house in Tettenhall. Oliver was so helpful, approachable and professional. He guided us throughout the process, even out of office hours, which I know you wouldn't get through any of the bigger estate agencies. The house sold within a few days. Obviously this is a stressful time for anyone whose selling/buying, and this was a very emotional time for us, as this had been our home since 1969. Oliver was genuinely empathetic and, eased us through without any major problems. I would not hesitate to recommend Slade Property Collective to anyone.<br>Thank you Oliver and thank you Slade Property Collective

I went on holiday and gave them the keys to the property for them to let they kept me up todate of what was happening with it to letting it out by the time i was back. They did all the relevant checks on the tenant and got me good rent aswell. Can't knock them for the hard work they do. Keep up the hard work lads
