From the initial contact with Paul to go through the valuation / sale process and then the subsequent marketing of the property we received fantastic support from the amazing team at William H Brown, even after a minor wobble on my part! The viewings were carried out by Claudio who kept us appraised of relevant feedback and when the time came kept us informed once an offer had been received and of the next steps in the process. From the start of the journey at viewing with Ryan; I'd like to give my thanks for making the experience relaxed and natural (a genuine quality some sales people don't poses!). I never got that "sale-sy" vibe, just positivity and professionalism!
I'd also like to specifically like to mention Claudio and Paul's contributions in helping the sale proceedings. I was amazed at how willing you both were to go above and beyond - which far surpassed my expectations. I can honestly say, from the bottom of my heart, you couldn't meet more genuine people. We chose William H Brown Yaxley for a reason, more specifically because of Paul. We first attempted to move back in 2023 but decided it wasn’t the right time. We first met Paul when he came to value our property. He was extremely professional, honest and above all a top bloke. We got a good really good vibe so decided to contact him for our recent move. We were introduced to Claudio and Ryan who were again, professional and friendly. They sold our house within a few days of it being on the market, that was the easy part ????. It really hit the fan towards the end but I couldn’t have been more impressed by the way they all pulled together to get us moved. Paul pulled out all the stops, made himself available and kept me informed every step of the way. Inevitably things go wrong with moving but this is when you need your estate agents to react and they did not disappoint. Thankfully the issues we had were not ours but they still pushed everything forward. We used Peter, their mortgage advisor, who was absolutely brilliant. I don’t enjoy the finance part of moving but Peter explained everything clearly, gave some solid advice and assured me when I had concerns. This team really is the team you want behind you through one of the most stressful things you’ll ever go through. A big thank you to Paul, Peter, Claudio and Ryan.

I was a first time buyer and had a really negative experience using this company, claudio was dealing with the sale and was very pushy trying to tell us that we had to use their in house services and if we didn’t we would loose the sale. There was also a poor level of communication and once the sale fell trough he told us that if any other properties would come up he would let us know straight away, loads of properties went up for sale on their website and he never got in touch with us.

Following a friend's marriage breakdown, we needed to contact various estate agents for assistance with completing E form details. At a time where I needed to act on my friends behalf, I contacted Paul at the branch for help to both value her property. He went beyond what I would have hoped for, even in the knowledge that she ideally wanted to retain her property, in not only valuing it but also providing sales details of recently sold properties for comparison purposes, organising a fast appointment with their mortgage advisor and generally responded to any queries immediately even where the agency would receive no particular benefit from doing so.
Having bought my own home through this agency, I would not hesitate to recommend their professionalism, punctuality, speed of response and understanding of a difficult and stressful situation.
In a world where increasingly everything is online and competitive, it was a refreshing change to meet staff who were more interested in providing a decent service than making a profit. Thank you

Negotiated 1%, with 12 week contract term.
One point of caution. We also used Connells group solicitors and paid the £270 up front for the 'Online Extra Pro Plus' estate agent's media enhancements on the understanding that this will be refunded upon completion through their solicitors. The solicitors costs are on the high side and although they were good/OK, our case was bounced between personnel within the solicitor's team a fair bit which introduced a small delay. Also, getting back the £270 isn't automatic or straightforward. We're still waiting for it to be processed by their head office some 5 weeks after completion.

If I could give 100 stars I would. The team at William H Brown Yaxley are fantastic. Claudio deserves a medal for dealing with my house sale. Months of ups and downs, problem after problem and he was always there to support me through whatever I needed. I had never sold a property before and Claudio made it so much easier. All agents in William H Brown, Yaxley branch are very friendly and informative. Primarily, I dealt with a gentleman called Faysal and he is amazing. Faysal always kept me updated with new properties as soon as they sign an agreement with the seller (even before it gets advertised in online). Faysal gave overview about a property and its surrounding areas before I start viewing any property which I felt was very informative. He is very knowledgeable and I am very much pleased with Faysal’s customer service. I do view many other properties through different estate agents in which I would rate William H Brown is the best among them. Never used WH Brown before, but so happy with the service I have received for my mortgage advice. Pete was the right person for the job, no pressured sales and you know he was picking the right product of our needs. The sale of our house didnt proceed however Chloe in the sales team great, keeping me up to date along the way. An honest team that I would highly recommend.

Chloe, Paul and the Team at WH Brown Yaxley dealt with my house sale brilliantly. They managed all the appointments, offered advice with conveyancing once the sale was agreed they helped it go smoothly even though there were a few hiccups along the way (due to ex-marital home sale)
Would definitely recommend and so much better than the original Estate Agents I was with just round the corner who were absolutely useless.

The service we received from Peter was professional and clear throughout.
He made us feel comfortable from the beginning and explained things well when we was overwhelmed or confused. We would highly recommend Peter for mortgage advice.
However our experience with the estate agent wasnt always professional and often divulged more information about vedors than was necessary.
This is why not given 5*'s.
