They have taken care of all the stress of helping me to sell a property remotely (I live away), all the viewings and admin has been undertaken with a smile, laughter and understanding. All obstacles were navigated by the experienced team. It’s been a delight to have them involved - they’ve always been more than happy to help me navigate the journey. We had a very slow house purchase (it took six months) caused by a difficult sale of our old address. Wilman and Wilman were really really helpful negotiating with the vendors of our new home to keep our purchase on track. All the various staff were professional, understanding and helpfully sympathetic to our problems. Helen in particular provided great advice to help us devise a plan that was acceptable to the vendors of the house we bought - which kept our purchase on track to a successful conclusion. Wilman and Wilman were only involved in the purchase of our new home (not the difficult sale) they went the extra mile to keep our purchase on track. If and when we ever decide to move again without doubt we will go back to them.

Having bought our previous home from Wilman and Wilman, we knew the next time we were going to sell ours it had to be them!
The reason why we chose them originally was down to the fact we were looking to move into a certain area and they called us with the most perfect property to see if we wanted to view it first- we put the offer in as soon as we did. That, is exactly the type of company you want when selling your house- proactive!
When it came to us re-selling, we were blown away with their service. We spoke to every person in the office several times over and they were all amazing.
Luckily for us, we were inundated with people wanting to view our property, all the staff at Wilman and Wilman were amazing and ensured that the viewings were lined up in perfect order and got a plan together.
We have to give Alex a special shout out; Alex was who originally called us about buying the house, so we wanted to use Alex specifically for re-selling. Alex continued to keep us informed, going above and beyond what we would expect (have had from other agencies) and always remained professional. Towards the end, we were talking almost daily where Alex was ensuring that he was keeping both us and the buyer updated and working towards the end goal.
Like I mentioned above, never have we experienced such a great service before from an estate agent company- if it’s a debate with who to use, use Wilman and Wilman.

Most recently, I spoke with Tom on the Monday morning, my property was active online the same day, viewings booked in for 3 days later and tenant selected and referenced at the beginning of the following week all ready for sign up so no gap in tenants at my property….brilliant! Tom is great to work with, professional, extremely thorough, great judgement and very proactive. Helen Is very detailed conscious, questions anything that may seem ‘off’ leaving me confident that any issues/concerns are always raised.
