Katrina was an absolute Star from the onset . Had she not been so eager to help and “ go the extra mile “ we wouldn’t be here now that’s for certain .
We can’t speak highly enough about her . She’s professional with a friendly manner but what is clearly apparent is her knowledge of her industry .
Not an issue she couldn’t resolve and fast at that with her proactive approach & speedy feedback .

I sold my house this year with Your Move after renting it out for the past ten years. Prior to instructing them, they were very helpful and supportive with practical advice as to what level of refurbishment will attract what sale price and where in the market to aim for. Throughout the sale process Denise, Hazel and Megan kept me updated and the house was under offer withing 2 weeks.
The only downside has been the lack of speed with the conveyancing and the Your Move seller portal not providing upto date status, but this is not the fault of the branch.
Friendly, helpful and supportive staff with excellent knowledge of the local area. I would whole heartedly recommend them.

I know that usually the estate agent works in the best interest of the seller rather than the buyer, but as the buyer in what turned out to be a complicated conveyancing process, I always felt fully supported by Denise P and Michelle at Your Move. They always responded to my emails, dealt with my stress with kindness and reassurance, and worked hard behind the scenes to keep the whole conveyancing process moving when it often looked as though my purchase might fail. I never felt that they weren't also on my side, and they facilitated easy communication between myself and the seller with them as intermediary. It felt that nothing was too much trouble, and Denise even made time for me to view my new home two days prior to completion, to ensure that there were no outstanding issues that I would need the seller to address. As it happened, the boiler had 'gone to sleep' after being out of use for several months, and they arranged for it to be serviced and fine-tuned in time for move-in day.
I cannot thank them enough for flying the good customer service flag so high. Really, all estate agents should work to this standard -- they went above and beyond. Thanks a million to all at Your Move Crawcrook.

After moving house at the beginning of last year we were hoping to make it a long-term house.
We ran into problems with awful landlords and a neighbour from hell and thankfully the amazing ladies at the Crawcrook branch not only listened to all of our complaints with an empathetic ear but tried their best to help in anyway they could. They eventually managed to help us leave on an early release clause and move into a super little house.

Staff here are helpful enough but I have had issues with the head office staff or the call centre.
In my time that I have been a tenant, had no issues. Ending the tenancy was a tough process. I recommend being very specific when communicating via email as assumptions were made on my behalf.
Again, I have to stress that it's not the local agent that has let me down.

All the staff at right move deserve a huge pat of the back for their professionalism, and how they deal with their customers. Ive now purchased 2 properties over the past decade through the company and have been very impressed by the help you receive and the low fees they demand. The building itself is located in the heart of Crawcrook and offers property for the surrounding villages. The staff are great in store and on visits.
