What a fantastic pair these two are. They are so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I am delighted to say that after a difficult selling experience with previous agents, Your Move has got us a sale going through again! Wow! We are so pleased! Ellie and Andrea have put our minds at ease all the way through the process. They have both been so lovely to speak to and really personable. I really felt like I knew them both personally and they took the time to speak to me whenever I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Unlike other estate agents that can make you feel like you are just 'a number', Ellie and Andrea knew our situation well and understood the worries we had from the beginning having had chains collapse on us previously. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuine. I honestly can't speak any higher of them!
In addition, a special mention goes to Michael who carried out viewings for us when we were unable to do them ourselves due to work commitments.

Andrea followed through from the enquiry to the move in. Although there were times our calls were not picked (maybe due to shortage of staff) but they do call back. However, I know there is room for improvement.

Once we signed the contract they didn't reply to emails, didn't answer the phone and didn't call us back when arranged. Doesn't bode well for getting viewings booked in. They didn't host a single viewing for us because they 'don't work after 5pm', or 'anytime on Sundays' (the times most people want a viewing?!). Felt we were majorly oversold on services, not looked after and then were met with argumentative responses instead of apologies. The only saving grace was being let out of contract after 7 days instead of 28. I would avoid using this North Hykeham branch of Your Move, they are clearly understaffed.

We were not impressed by the initial marketing of our property, it took a long while to put onto the market and the photos weren't great however we did have one viewer who subsequently offered so yes, we did sell quickly. Communication wasn't great after, felt like we were chasing for answers. One staff member who is processing our sale is excellent however, very professional and friendly
Not bad overall, £3k is a lot to pay for what we received really but can't argue with a quick result, objective achieved!

We were not told when our buyer had lost her buyer so we could put the house back on the market. Red tape after red tape I was being told, after she said she wanted to be in Christmas 2022.
It felt like Your Move were working for our buyer and not for us, it’s been over a year to exchange.
I said I wanted to complain and ask how I go about it and I haven’t had a reply.
I will not be recommending Your Move.

In June last year my partner and I began looking for our first home together, the house we are now happily living in was up for sale with the North Hykeham Your Move branch. From day one the customer service we received from all staff, over the phone, via email and in person was second to none; the staff made us feel like we really were important to them and our needs were met as best as they could be at all times, from having extra time to view the property to the silly, little questions we asked being first time buyers. We met with Steven Sholl the mortgage broker who was friendly and professional, he broke down everything for us, let us take our time to understand every little detail of buying a house and even put up with my many, sometimes stress filled emails which had nothing to do with this company and everything to do with the solicitors who we had unfortunately chosen to trust with our house purchase. Melanie was an absolute god send to us through the process of buying the house, we met with her at our second house viewings where we were measuring up for furniture, Melanie spoke to us like adults and made us feel at ease with such a huge, life changing process that we were in. Near the end of our sale after several months of ongoing issues with our solicitors, the staff at Your Move (including a lady who worked at the Lincoln branch who I apologise I may have forgotten her name, I think it was Michelle but I may be wrong) we’re always at the end of the phone to listen to my concerns and helped me push our solicitors to do their job and also helped me to get messages across to the seller. I understand that buying a house is no walk in the park and I realised this very quickly when purchasing our house, I must say though that I was incredibly pleased that our house was up for sale with Your Move because all members of staff went above and beyond for us, nothing was too much trouble, I was on the phone to them sometimes more than twice a day and they never got annoyed with me, they always listened and let me rant/cry over my worries and concerns which were all related to the solicitors we had chosen. Your Move stood by my partner and I and supported us with more than they needed to in order for us to get the house that we had our hearts set on. I’m not normally a person who writes reviews but my entire experience with Your Move at North Hykeham has been highly commendable starting with Jane, Your Moves Mortgage Advisor. Jane made me feel that applying for a mortgage and working out affordability wasn’t a daunting process and gave me the confidence to make decisions and move forward continuously support me with any queries I had.
My sale has been an extremely unpredictable and challenging I cannot thank Tom and Andrea enough for their support and honesty. Without their experience and complete understanding of the entire process this would of all been much harder.
They always kept me updated and chased when I wanted answers.
I am thankful my sale after many months is now complete but I shall miss our phone calls

Feeling very worried and so un sure about selling my home - and the process of moving , meeting Kyle this morning certainly put my mind at ease.
Kyle was very friendly and had a professional approach regarding my concerns.
So far, the whole of Yourmove North Hykham staff, have been more than accommodating.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Andrea and the lovely team at YourMove in North Hykeham.
I contacted YourMove after having been placed in a very chaotic scenario of urgently seeking a new home for myself and my partner.
Andrea presented a number of properties to me and viewings were scheduled asap. The situation was handled with professionalism and speed, plus frequent communication via telephone and email was excellent. I found the staff very friendly and helpful, I thoroughly recommend them.

As a first time renter I was a little apprehensive about the procedures as to how to approach the market. Andrea and her team guided me through the whole process from beginning to end and kept me informed at all times throughout the whole procedure. I felt valued as a customer and nothing was too much trouble, even for what I considered to be trivial questions, Andrea took the time to research the answer and come back to me with an answer in very quick time. The whole process was a pleasure and I feel confident for the future now that the rental has been agreed and that Andrea will be looking after me in the future. Thank you so much and I have no hesitation in recommending Your Move and especially Andrea and her time to any prospective tenants. Good customer service comes from knowledge and the Your Move team at North Hykeham have the knowledge, courtesy and time to guide you through the rental market. :-)

I would like to submit a review on two members of your staff. I first spoke to Andrea Attwell over a year ago when we put our cottage on the market, with a different estate agent. She established which area and type of property we would eventually like to buy. Approximately every month Andrea would ring us and we would have a friendly conversation on our current position. Eventually, we had an offer on our cottage and viewed one of your bungalows. We wanted to view the property again at short notice, when our family could accompany us on 8th November. Tommy Childs explained the North Hykeham office was fully committed that day. Later in the conversation he offered to meet us at the bungalow at 5 30, which he did. Since then we have had our offer accepted on the bungalow and Andrea has been extremely efficient with the process. We can't praise these two members of staff enough for helping us through this stressful time and going that extra mile. Judy and Stewart Taylor

The your move at North Hykeham was first class and made the sale as smooth as I could ever hope. A massive thanks to the team there.
However on the second property my partner and I sold using the Your move at kirkby in Ashfield was not such a good experience, as they didn't listen to anything so continually had to explain the same things over and over again. And when confronted they finally admitted they had lied to us.
