What can I say possibly the worst home purchase experience I have encountered from an estate agent. Their total lack of understanding of the legal requirements wrt Residential Park Home sales resulted in a very stressful experience, from start to finish. Initially they appeared to be quite pro-active but this was shortlived and resulted in us having to keep chasing them to action requests throughout the sale, with regular broken promises of updates which never materialised without us having to chase them. After the sale had concluded it even proved difficult for them to carry out the simple act of arranging collection of their own For Sale Sign, without repeated emails and a direct message via their website.

Stacey was great, very efficient, supportive and helpful. Took a star off as she was let down by her technical staff, I received far too many junk mails from them but on more than one occasion the important ones I needed never arrived or arrived after a number of days. They also seemed to pass on my details to other companies who bombarded me with emails, messages and phone calls. Finally deleted all of them and blocked them.

From booking our first appointment and speaking to Sheree via email and on the phone, I can say I was very satisfied with how they deal with their customers.
The response and getting us booked in for a viewing was so quick.
When I visited the store and spoke to Louise, she showed they knew what they were doing and made everything as easy as possible for us and made us feel relaxed.

Very very bad service we were accepted as applicants done all of our referencing we were told by your move that we have failed we can't go back sorry bye can't even sort it quite rude to be honest we had been told we failed referencing application which isn't true because let alliance said it's your moves decision completely so they must of had a change of heart very unprofessional giving excuses never had any problems with other estate agents like this, would not recommend renting through these people

Honestly the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with, just use first choice you’ll be better off.
Yourmove fail to properly maintain their properties plus half arse the job when they do try, can’t provide information on their own lease agreements, try to stick you with previous tenants bills and then to top it off try and find any excuse to keep your deposit. I dread to think what they’re like during house sales.
Just don’t use them.

Awful communication from YourMove, caused issues between ourselves and the buyer. Employees don't talk to each other, causing several phonecalls to solve a simple enquiry.
Rude when handing the keys over, apparently the buyers had 'waited long enough'. Shame YourMove had taken almost a year to sell the house and caused much of the delay themselves

Id recommend Your Move to anyone ,They have been above and beyond ,nothing was to much trouble to them ,they were happy to explain anything to me l was treated with total respect .l am selling and moving on my own and found it overwhelming and very stressful ,they reassured me throughout lm still in process of buying so still dealing with them ????

First real experience with a letting agent. Kerry has been awesome from start to finish...patient, friendly and an excellent communicator. Always had time for us even when she was busy. Awful experience from the Workington branch ( now closed). I had been liaising with them for over 12 month on a property that was for sale through them. When I rang to make an offer on the property when mine had sold I was informed that an offer had been accepted the previous week on the property. When questioned why as an interested party they had not informed me I was told that the buyers had sold privately; which turned out not to be true. I would be reluctant to purchase any property through them and would definately not recommended them as an agent to sell a property. Awful treatment.
