Nicola scheduled a viewing with me at 3:30pm for Feb 27th. She proposed the time, which I confirmed on the day prior. I waited at the property for 30 minutes, but she never arrived and made no attempt to contact me to apologize and reschedule. I've since found a property using a different company.

We had an excellent experience with this estate agency during our home buying process. Zoe, the manager, was extremely professional and helpful throughout, making the whole process smooth and well?organised.
Alfie was also fantastic—he showed us the property multiple times and was always patient in answering all our questions and explaining everything clearly. His support and responsiveness made a big difference and helped us feel confident in our decision.
Overall, the team provided outstanding service, and we really appreciate their help during such an important purchase. Highly recommended!

Abbotts of Downham Market managed to sell my house, having been on the market for some time with other Agents. The staff were all very professional and helpful for both my sale and purchase. Would highly recommend the team at Abbotts Rochford. They were extremely helpful and supportive, kept in regular contact and chased replies with the conveyancer and buyers. From meeting Annette at the start who impressed me with her ability to walk around the house, notice all the extras and reassure me the price we proposed was suitable. Then Ben, Eve and Irina who did such a great job showing potential buyers around and helped to sell the property and kept me sane during the stressful times of waiting on searches and all the slow things that delay the exchange, to Chris who started towards the end and was also extremely positive and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others wanting a successful house sale. Thank you

I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!

I cannot thank Rhesa enough for all the help she has provided in helping me find a new home! She went above and beyond to make sure I got the home I so badly wanted even on her days off she called me to keep me in the loop and she processed all the necessary referencing in more then a timely manner meaning I heard back same day!
