From the moment I contacted Hannah and the Abbots team to value my property after a messy separation, the service i received for the best part of 3 years was phenomenal, very professional and helpful on every step of the way, took some time because of court orders and difficulties with the ex but have managed to sell the property efficiently and as quickly as humanly possible. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars but I can't. I absolutely highly recommend this team to deal with any property issues no matter what the circumstances, they have felt more like friends then business people. I actually made it the court order for Hannah and her team to deal with my property and they haven't faultered at all, I will miss our weekly phone calls and back and forthing.<br>USE THESE GUYS PEOPLE!!!

Had a really good experience with this Alex and Rose. Alex came round to view the property and was really helpful – explained the whole vetting process properly, gave me great advice, and went through the different options without any pressure. Rose was brilliant behind the scenes too, kept me updated on what I needed and always got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. Both of them made the whole thing feel straightforward and I felt comfortable dealing with them throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!

I have had the most positive experience with Abbotts. I was very new to the renting process after owning for many years. So understandably very daunting. I was made to feel that they cared and was kept informed throughout the whole process. Rhesa has been a tower of strength from her help and advice and literal hand holding throughout. She has been so empathetic and upfront. The process was smooth and very quick. If I could describe the perfect Letting Agent, it would be her! If I could have given 10 stars I would have, undoubtedly!
