Just completed property purchase with Bear estate agents. What an easy to work with company. All the staff was always very helpful, from viewings, sales, lettings, everyone communicated very well, always helped and saved a lot of hassle. Big praise for Helen and Jade on getting property over the line and arranging new letting contracts. All agents and solicitors should look up to them as it is very rear in these days to get such a good service!<br>Thank you very much!

Sold our property through Bear, and throughout solicitors being a waste of space, Helen and Sydney were great at keeping us up to date and handling the chain till we eeeeeeventually completed!

Josh was very helpful and informative when looking for my first home. He ensured I had the time I needed when looking around the property, answered all of my questions and offered other properties that suited what I was looking for. Bear estate agents were the most professional team of estate agents. We originally went with Gibson & Brennan however they were rude, ready to take low offers and went against our wishes. Bear estate agents were polite, supportive, worked hard and great throughout. A pleasant experience at a good cost! Would totally recommend. special thanks to Ellie, Jack, Joe, Leanne (those that I knew of)

We have been so happy with every aspect of Bear from Simon Taylor and the whole of his team from Simon initially and Tony taking pictures and thenThea keeping us informed of how things were progressing and now along with Megan seeing us through the sale. They have all made a difficult job after living here for such a long time to a painfree experience in their hands.
