Bradleys Hayle were exceptional. They were so supportive throughout the sale of my home and the purchase of our new home. Confident but not arrogant agent. Good knowledge of the area and was able to until confidence in me that she will do all she can to sell the property.
Once on the market she arranged viewings very quickly, making me feel confident she is pushing my house to buyers and making it noticed.
She provided good advice and guidance about offers leading to an asking price within and a bit above my expectations.
She is proactive in the process of the sale now and I feel confident in her driving the sale to completion.
Only draw back is the fee which is higher than all other agencies.
