Buyers & Sellers beware… arranged a valuation on my deceased parents property, no chain, no mortgage.
Seemed only too helpful to make an appointment for valuation, then less than 24 hours later appointment was cancelled because of an availability issue.
Doesn’t bode well before we even have an agreement in place, where is the trust and commitment, where is the professionalism and customer comes first attitude… think I will have to give them a swerve.
