Poor service and extortionate fee for an admin check over 4 times the amount my solicitor charged for the same service.<br>When they sent their bill to my solicitor on completion it was over £1,000 higher than we had agreed!<br>They did eventually sell the house after a buyer dropped out because he couldn't get a mortgage even though Bridgfords had checked him out and said he had a mortgage.<br>Use another Agent!

We recently sold our house through Bridgfords in Penketh and, whilst it wasn't the smoothest journey due to circumstances outside of their control, the team remained supportive, professional and proactive throughout.<br><br>A special mention must go to Lilia, whose hard work, persistence and excellent communication helped keep everything moving forward when challenges arose. We are very grateful for all their efforts and would happily recommend Bridgfords to anyone looking to sell a property.

I can’t recommend this estate agents enough. The whole process has been great from start to finish, especially after having such an awful experience with another estate agent and unfortunately being scammed previously.<br><br>The team have been professional, supportive, and made everything feel so much easier. A special shout out to Cathy, who has been absolutely amazing — so kind, helpful, and always so bubbly. Alex came to value our property. He arrived fully up to date on local property values and brought along printouts of similar properties to ours. He had researched the sold prices of properties as well as the asking prices of current houses for sale. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and realistic whilst being friendly and approachable. I would totally recommend Bridgfords in Halifax if you're looking for an estate agent to sell your property.
