We’ve had such a great experience with Ella and Rebecca at Burchell Edwards while securing our Rent to Buy property.
From start to finish, they have both been incredibly helpful, supportive and responsive. The whole process can be quite stressful, but they kept us updated throughout, chased things when needed and really went above and beyond behind the scenes to help everything come together.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they were always friendly, professional and reassuring, which made a huge difference.
We’re so grateful for all their hard work in helping us secure our new home – we absolutely love it!

Had an evaluation and much preparation done by Lewis. Although for other reasons the decision was made not to put the house on the market, that choice could only be made because of the thorough research and investigation he did. Every question I had was already answered, and I was impressed by the professional nature of everyone I dealt with. When it comes time to sell the house in the future, I will definitely be returning to Burchell Edwards.

Burchell edwards solihull, first time i used the branch in solihull,the service I received on the purchase ,of a property, was really to a high 5 star standard, which is why I had to give a 5 star rating,also I have offered my both properties, to be advertised ,for sale.
