I bought a lovely 2 bed Flat in Surrey Quays just before Christmas, Florence and Liam handled everything seamlessly. Viewings were easy to arrange, negotiation was straight forward, exchanged and completed on my target date, got moved in for Christmas and had no problems since! Highly recommended ????????????

I was dealing with vanesa tonova and I placed an offer for an apartment and she told me she sent it to the owner but she did not and lied. I chased her to find out whats going on and sent numerous messages/emails only to be ignored. Not only this but she also had a very bad attitude with me for no reason. Very unprofessional. In the end I did it through another agency but very unprofessional.
