I requested a valuation for my house with regard to a Probate matter & Rohit attended. He was very professional, but also friendly & courteous. He was obviously very knowledgeable and very fair with his estimate. He explained everything concerning how he arrived at the valuation and what the process was to proceed. He didn't rush anything and answered all my questions (of which there were quite a few!). I'd definitely recommend C.J. Hole and will be returning when my property needs to be sold.<br>Thank you for your help.

On behalf of my brother who recently purchased his new flat through CJHole, I can say the service he received from Lorraine was exceptional. She worked hard to secure the flat for him after one failed attempt when it had to go back on the market, kept the owners and my brother fully informed, and helped when we had issues with solicitor delays. The long wait was stressful but worth it for the end result. My brother felt fully supported throughout and has ended up where he wanted to be.

I had several house viewings with Holly recently and would absolutely recommend her as an excellent and hard working estate agent. She was cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would have been pleased if the house sale had been through CJ Hole to continue having her as the agent for the sale. Thanks.

Selling property is one of the most stressful life experiences but from the first meeting with Andy, his years of experience as an estate agent were apparent to me so I felt confident that the property would get sold relatively quickly.<br>His manner was always calming & reassuring, his experience & personability came to the fore to get things moving forward when things got a sticky.<br>I was a bit uncomfortable with CJ Hole’s team approach at first but it actually worked well, it kept continuity, they were all knowledgeable, kind & supportive.
