I’ve had a great experience with CJ Hole so far. Liam has been excellent during property viewings – friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about the properties, making the whole process feel relaxed and informative.
Emily also carried out the valuation of my house and provided really helpful, practical advice about the market and next steps, which I really appreciated.
Overall a very professional and helpful team, and I’d happily recommend CJ Hole based on my experience.

I moved my sale to CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym after a poor experience with another estate agent, and the difference was immediate.
Rob’s valuation was spot on and clearly based on a strong understanding of the local market. The marketing was excellent and the team moved quickly to get the property in front of serious buyers. Dan and the team who handled the viewings did a great job presenting the house, while Charlie kept everything organised and moving smoothly.
Most importantly, they were proactive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. They exceeded expectations and helped me find the right buyer.

Very happy with the service we received from CJ Hole Hucclecote in the sale of our house.
From the initial advice about preparing the property for marketing, through the numerous accompanied viewings they arranged, to securing a satisfactory offer and ultimately a sale they kept us informed throughout.
Its a conscientious ‘go the extra mile’ service you get from what is a family run business. They are approachable, always return calls, and importantly their commission is very competative.
I have no hesitation in recommmending CJ Hole, Hucclecote.

Such a great team of people. They went over and above to help me. The photography is excellent (thank you Kevin) and communication, from Bonnie especially, was second to none. Justin managed the viewings and offers we had really well. We didn't sell our property in the end (no fault of the estate agents) but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We will be coming back when we want to sell again!

Exceptionally poor communication throughout.
Complaints process a sham.
High staff turn over with no real single point of contact or person showing your property so a complete lack of consistency.
