CJ Hole have been excellent! Ben Pursey gave us a fantastic house viewing and explained everything really clearly. Communication post viewing was excellent and we are looking forward to moving into our new property knowing that we are in safe hands.

Absolutely shocking experience with CJ Hole Downend.<br><br>I viewed a property, completed all the requested checks with the person on the phone, and promptly sent over proof of funds a few days later and everything else they asked for. After that, I heard absolutely nothing back.<br><br>I emailed four times and called twice trying to get an update. Not a single response to any of my emails, and no meaningful communication whatsoever. Then, without any notification or courtesy update, I noticed the property had been marked as Sold STC.<br><br>If the property had gone to another buyer, that's fair enough, but completely ignoring a serious applicant who has taken the time to provide all the required documents is incredibly unprofessional. Basic communication and customer service seem to be lacking.<br><br>A complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend CJ Hole Downend based on how I was treated.

I’m looking forward to my new home on Monday. This is my first experience renting with a guarantor, and I must say the process was quite rigorous, but I should mention that the staff were very helpful. At no point did they make me feel that I would not be successful in my application.<br><br>Despite the long wait, I am finally ready to move in as I anticipated. I was warmly welcomed at the offices when I needed more clarification, and I felt truly listened to.<br><br>Above all, I would like to give a special thank you to Katy Mwayi for being very responsive and keeping me updated at every stage of my tenancy application. Keep up the good service!

I just wanted to say that so far I’ve had the best experience with CJ Hole. I had the pleasure of ( virtually) meeting Ben Pursey whilst inspecting a property. He walked my dad through everything during the viewing, he was very professional In answering all my questions and very fast at replying emails. I would 100% recommend Ben to anyone looking to rent a property fast and effectively. It’s been a pleasure

I put my house on the market late last year after a previous unsuccessful attempt to sell it. Tim was professional and understanding of my situation, listened to my views and only proceeded when I was ready. Had first viewings within days and offer made and accepted within 2 weeks. Lorraine who then took over did a fantastic job of leading me through the administration of selling, very knowledgeable and also calming when it all felt stressful (which selling a house is!). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CJ Hole.

Couldn’t recommend CJ hole enough! Kate was amazing throughout our whole purchase, she gave us weekly updates and helped push for the completion date we wanted! Would definitely recommend. If we ever needed to sell again would go with CJ Hole.

I want to give a huge thank you to Sigita and Ethan at CJ Hole for making my move such a positive experience. They’re both incredibly efficient and always quick to answer any questions — nothing is ever too silly, and they always take the time to listen and respond properly.
Sigita has been my property manager for a couple of years now — both at my previous home and my new one — and she’s genuinely been amazing. She’s friendly, supportive, and always there to help with anything I’ve needed along the way.
