I requested a valuation for my house with regard to a Probate matter & Rohit attended. He was very professional, but also friendly & courteous. He was obviously very knowledgeable and very fair with his estimate. He explained everything concerning how he arrived at the valuation and what the process was to proceed. He didn't rush anything and answered all my questions (of which there were quite a few!). I'd definitely recommend C.J. Hole and will be returning when my property needs to be sold.<br>Thank you for your help.

On behalf of my brother who recently purchased his new flat through CJHole, I can say the service he received from Lorraine was exceptional. She worked hard to secure the flat for him after one failed attempt when it had to go back on the market, kept the owners and my brother fully informed, and helped when we had issues with solicitor delays. The long wait was stressful but worth it for the end result. My brother felt fully supported throughout and has ended up where he wanted to be.

I had several house viewings with Holly recently and would absolutely recommend her as an excellent and hard working estate agent. She was cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful. Couldn’t recommend CJ hole enough! Kate was amazing throughout our whole purchase, she gave us weekly updates and helped push for the completion date we wanted! Would definitely recommend. If we ever needed to sell again would go with CJ Hole.

I rented through cj hole for over 3 years in Cheltenham. I just want to say, the agents are extremely helpful especially Sigita and Nathan (my 2 main points of contact). Sigita was the manager for the flat i was in, she was very responsive and communicative and has dealt with every single thing very promptly and helpfully. And same with Nathan, he didnt manage the flat i was in, but had been also a direct point of contact for me at CJ hole and was always supportive in times of need. Thank you Sigita and Nathan for making my rental period very nice and smooth! The flat itself was given to me in a great state and it was very lovely and comfortable to live in for the period of time i was there. I recommend!
