I would highly recommend Countrywide for your house sale. Alarise was so knowledgeable about the local market and extremely helpful. We were kept informed about when viewings were taking place, we sat back and it was taken care of. We also received good advice on the initial offer, and we got a price we were happy with.

From start to finish, Countrywide Shawlands have been fantastic. Every member of staff has been so helpful and friendly, keeping me informed & updated at all times, and answering any questions promptly. In particular, Alarise (Sales Negotiator) was pretty much in touch every day, advising and explaining the house sale process not just calmly & efficiently, but friendly and reassuringly too, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend Countrywide to anyone looking for a totally reliable Estate Agent.

Renting through Countrywide has been a really smooth and easy process, our contact person Anna Thomson was really helpful throughout the process.
Callum Sloan from the property management team has been super helpful and very professional at dealing with any our questions & getting any issues resolved as soon as possible.
Overall, a great experience so far.

Had a very positive experience with Countrywide Kirkintilloch from the initial consultation to value my house with Ryan who was professional, friendly and very realistic about expectations to the handover to Lesley and team managing viewings. I was kept updated at all times and provided with great advice when offers were received at closing. Would definitely recommend Countrywide!!
