We can't thank the team at Countrywide enough for all their help and support throughout our sale. After having a really poor experience with another estate agency and then having an offer fall through, we were feeling quite stressed and unsure about the whole process and whether to even sell.<br><br>From the very first meeting with Molly, who came out to our house, we felt much more positive and reassured. Nicole was our main point of contact and was absolutely fantastic throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond to any questions, and genuinely cared about helping us get the best outcome. Claire was also lovely to deal with and always helpful whenever we spoke with her.<br><br>What stood out most was how approachable, supportive, and professional the whole team were. Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but they made the process so much easier and gave us confidence when we needed it most.<br><br>We are so grateful for all their hard work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Countrywide to anyone looking to sell their home. I was very pleased how the sale was conducted and r speed with which the sale was completed. Ryan, Julie and Lesley could not have a done more to help as I was selling from afar ( Aberdeen ). The solicitor which you suggested was also excellent.

Chris, Ghelia and the team were fantastic. This was the first time I had put a property on the market, and they took their time explaining the process to me. Made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns I had. They were also honest and transparent with how much I could sell my home for, and believed it would sell for the price I had in mind and would sell well, which is what you want when putting your home on the market. The process was easy and smooth. I would 100% use them in the future!

Everything was explained plainly about costs and procedures etc. i had no concerns about the whole process and I could leave it in their hands without having to concern myself about anything. All staff I engaged with were friendly and professional, answering questions about the whole process. My experience has been completely positive and I would have no reservations about recommending them to others.
