I would highly recommend Countrywide for your house sale. Alarise was so knowledgeable about the local market and extremely helpful. We were kept informed about when viewings were taking place, we sat back and it was taken care of. We also received good advice on the initial offer, and we got a price we were happy with.

From start to finish, Countrywide Shawlands have been fantastic. Every member of staff has been so helpful and friendly, keeping me informed & updated at all times, and answering any questions promptly. In particular, Alarise (Sales Negotiator) was pretty much in touch every day, advising and explaining the house sale process not just calmly & efficiently, but friendly and reassuringly too, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend Countrywide to anyone looking for a totally reliable Estate Agent.

Chris, Ghelia and the team were fantastic. This was the first time I had put a property on the market, and they took their time explaining the process to me. Made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns I had. They were also honest and transparent with how much I could sell my home for, and believed it would sell for the price I had in mind and would sell well, which is what you want when putting your home on the market. The process was easy and smooth. I would 100% use them in the future!

Everything was explained plainly about costs and procedures etc. i had no concerns about the whole process and I could leave it in their hands without having to concern myself about anything. All staff I engaged with were friendly and professional, answering questions about the whole process. My experience has been completely positive and I would have no reservations about recommending them to others.
