I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

I can’t express how amazing Jayde and her team have been in helping with the sale of my house. She has done so much to get it across the finishing line. We lost our original buyer and she found us another one and to the end date within 4 extra weeks!! I would definitely recommend and /or use again. Thank you!!

What can I say? Katie and the team at Cubitt & West were simply first class. Communication was always clear, there was absolutely no BS, and they were incredibly responsive at every stage of the sale of our flat.<br><br>A special shout out to Tamsin and Alessandra too — both fantastic throughout.<br><br>Estate agents can get a lot of negative press, but these guys proved that stereotype completely wrong. Professional and genuinely great to deal with.<br><br>Highly recommended!

The pulborough team are amazing. So friendly and helpful. Always a smiling voice on the other end of the phone. I couldn't ask for a nicer team to help me sell me house. Which they did in 15 days. I'd definitely recommend selling or buying with this team.

Cubitt & West Wallington have been absolutely amazing. After being disappointed with many other big names such as Barnard Marcus, I was very impressed by Cubbit & West. They listen to my needs and concerns when selling a property and made sure everything from pricing to marketing is in line with what I need. I love the fact that they update me very quickly on any viewings so I don't have to chase. Louis from their branch is absolutely amazing! He cares about his clients and gives them an amazing experience. I put my full trust in Louis and Cubitt & West to. If you're looking for an estate agents that are that care about their clients, are quick to update you and provide excellent guidance + transparency then I 100% recommend this branch.
