I’d like to say a huge thank you to Ellie and Kate at Cubitt & West for their fantastic support throughout the sale of my house. Very professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient.
Their customer service has been excellent — always keeping me updated, answering any questions quickly, and making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.

I had a meeting with Kelly from Cubit and West to discuss the potential value of my house. Because we only needed a valuation and have no immediate plans to sell the house I let Kelly know this in advance. In spite of this she really took her time to carry out the valuation and to present me with comparable sales in the area. She was very friendly and helpful and shared a lot of her expertise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cubit and West and will be sure to appoint them when we decide to sell.

I used Cubitt and West as they were local to me whilst selling my house which made it easy to pop in for a catch up. Due to the far reach they have in the south east of England it made sense to use their experience and knowledge of the market. All the staff were extremely helpful every step of the way and even went above and beyond to help on a couple of occasions. I'd like to give my personal thanks to Kerry the office manager for being so positive the whole journey, Kevin for going above and beyond, Nick the sales progressor for keeping me updated with the solicitors and of course Caroline the secretary for her support. It was a long journey and as well as selling my house, I've made some friends in Cubitt and West - thank you to everyone involved :)
