We had a fantastic experience with Dixons Estate Agents in Erdington, especially Sarah and Louise. As first-time buyers, the whole process could have been quite stressful, but they made it genuinely enjoyable for us.
They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and always quick to act whenever something needed doing. Sarah and Louise kept us regularly updated and constantly reviewed the progress of our purchase, which gave us a lot of reassurance throughout the process.
Their dedication, communication, and personal approach really stood out. It felt like we had a team who genuinely cared about helping us get into our first home.
If you're looking for an estate agent with a dedicated and supportive team to guide you through buying a house, I would definitely recommend Dixons.

Fantastic! I've used Dixons for over 20 years to deal with my lettings portfolio. I wouldn't dream of using another Letting Agent. I can call at anytime and they will resolve any queries or issues I have immediately. They know the background of all my properties which helps with any dealings. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The team there is amazing, which is a testament to Meg, the Lettings manager.
