We had a great experience with Dixons and would highly recommend them.

Very poor experience with this estate agent. Three days ago, I managed to get through on the phone, but was told they were busy and that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, that call never came.
Since then, I’ve tried contacting them again multiple times over the past two days, but no one answers the phone and there’s still been no callback. It’s extremely frustrating to be left waiting with no communication at all.
A simple return call would have made a big difference, but the complete lack of follow-up and responsiveness feels very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend their service based on this experience.

Recently sold via Dixons, Castle Bromwich. After initial appraisal from a handful of competitors, Luan impressed with her knowledge, advice and sensitive approach. Della and Ellie supported very capably throughout the process in a timely manner. Their personal and approachable manner helped resolve to a stress free and effective conclusion.
