We had a great experience with Dixons and would highly recommend them.
They managed to sell our property within just 5 days, which was fantastic, and were incredibly supportive throughout our purchase as well. The whole team were helpful, responsive, and professional from start to finish.
We really appreciated how everyone we dealt with took the time to help and keep things moving—it made a big difference during what can be a stressful process.

Very poor experience with this estate agent. Three days ago, I managed to get through on the phone, but was told they were busy and that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, that call never came.
Since then, I’ve tried contacting them again multiple times over the past two days, but no one answers the phone and there’s still been no callback. It’s extremely frustrating to be left waiting with no communication at all.
A simple return call would have made a big difference, but the complete lack of follow-up and responsiveness feels very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend their service based on this experience.

The easiest 5 Stars I ever rated someone. Teyneil is unmatched! She has been helpful and responsive from the beginning to the end . Great experience, we know looking forward to move in to our new home!!!

I used Dixons for the sale of my property. Becky came out and conducted her valuation. Her customer service is amazing, she was very approachable, friendly and professional. Becky was always there to help with all the solicitors paperwork. Naif came and did the viewings, he was always happy and made me feel at ease with the sale.
Overall i would reccomend Dixons Yardley.
