I had a valuation with Daniel and was very impressed by his professionalism and willingness to help his clients. My family and I would truly recommend Alex and the team at the Wickford branch. They have been very helpful and informative all the way through the sale of my mother’s house . Luckily, we sold it very quickly thanks to Bradley, who came to view the property and was very confident that it would sell .. indeed he was right, the first viewers bought it !! I also have to thank Natasha, who kept us fully updated as the sale progressed, sending emails on a weekly basis … also Caroline and indeed Alex that came in towards the end of the sale … what more can I say … a truly great team that pull together to help the sale go through smoothly and indeed it did!! A big thank you again to Bradley who started the ball rolling back in March … and we completed the sale this week !! Well done to you all at the Wickford branch, who I would truly recommend to clients buying and selling . You’re a true team …..

We had a mixed experience with Douglas Allen. Krisztina initially at the Loughton office and more recently in Epping was amazing from start to finish; always friendly and helpful and even making time to do viewings and answer questions on her days off. However when the main company closed the Loughton office they did not inform us and I only found out when my calls were not returned.

The team have been fantastic every step of the way in our journey, from connecting us with our mortgage brokers to helping us get our offer accepted! Anzal and Rumel have been especially helpful. Anzal in particular took us around our first viewing, was very approachable and friendly, was knowledgeable about the sales process, and proactive at setting us up with a potential solicitor and mortgage broker. Rumel was great at keeping us informed during negotiations and was very knowledgeable about sales, mortgages, and buildings overall. I would definitely recommend bookings with this team!

After a slightly sticky start, Lisa and the team worked hard to get our probate property purchase over the line. Communication improved throughout the process, and they were proactive in helping resolve issues and keeping everything moving. Buying a probate property isn’t always straightforward, but we’re grateful for their persistence and support. Thank you!
