I would like to thank all those who helped us with our process of moving home. Everybody I came into contact with at Durden and Hunt were professional, caring and went above and beyond. A special special thanks to Amanda who, without her I am not sure we would have got our move over the line. The whole team were excellent but specially the Partner Ray Phipps and the Sales Progessor Kezi Page who kept me abreast of the progress of my house sale which was complicated by delays in the chain outside of our control.

This has been our second sale using Durden and Hunt in 9 months. We chose them to sell our own property because of their honest pricing and proactive approach in selling our deceased parents home. From the start Ross Chimes in the Hornchurch office was accurate in the pricing of our home which we believe led to numerous viewings and several offers in the first two weeks. They did not set an unrealistic price to gain our business to then have to drop it. On acceptance of an offer we were transferred to Amanda Stark who has been proactive in her approach to pushing our sale through and liaising with all the solicitors and estate agents in our chain. We would like to thank her for keeping us well informed by email and on the phone at every stage but particularly as we led to exchange of contracts. I would like to thank all those involved with selling our home from the company including those who showed viewers round our house on the first weekend. My husband and I would recommend Durden and Hunt without hesitation

Was shown a house yesterday by Anya Williamson of Colchester agents Durden & Hunt. Although the house was not for me, a HUGE thanks to Anya for her initiative prior to the viewing. She called me in advance to find out if I needed parking permit! A relative newbie to the property business, this young woman scored a first here for me – no agent has ever demonstrated such forethought towards me EVER! Usually, the viewer is just another name on a list during a day’s work. Not so for Anya. Durden & Hunt need to look out for this lady otherwise she could be headhunted out to an agency who values people who use their initiative.

I met Andy for a property purchase, from the get go he was on the spot he followed up with vendor and arranged appointments and viewings swiftly, he also connected me to a brillient mortgage advisor who helped me secure a better deal at that time on the last minute as due to the regional middle eastern conflict the rates were rising. Additionally, Amenda helped get the purcahse she keep me in the loop, followed up with solicitors and made sure things were progressing.<br><br>I would definately recommend them.
