From my initial viewing with Ayesha and maintenance queries with Khalid through to the day to day management of the property with Maria I felt they looked after both their client and me as a tenant. ? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment. This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above. Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council. If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.... Read more
