We couldn’t have asked for a better person to handle the sale of our home. From start to finish Paul went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. Paul’s professionalism, knowledge and dedication were evident throughout, but what truly stood out was his constant availability and willingness to help.
No matter the time or question Paul was always at the other end of the phone ready to offer guidance and reassurance. Paul made the whole experience feel smooth and manageable even when things got a bit too much!

Pleasant enough to deal with, but ultimately only delivered two half-hearted viewings in a twelve week period. I've now changed agent, only time will tell if that proves a success.

Claire was the seller’s estate agent, and she was outstanding from start to finish. After our viewing, she took the time to highlight all the property’s key features and even put together a detailed overview of the local area, including commuting options and things to do nearby.
She kept us well informed throughout the entire process and was always available for a call when we needed her. Her calm, reassuring approach made a real difference, and her support went above and beyond our expectations.

I can highly-recommend Phil from EweMove Dronfield and would like to add mine to his long list of glowing reviews:
First and foremost Phil is a nice bloke. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Secondly, with Phil you'll get a very professional and personalised service - EweMove also charge very competitive rates, so you will do well to find an all-round better package than this (I don't think you will)
I'm a perfectionist who can find fault in most things, but I couldn't fault Phil. My house was sold and a memorandum of sale issued to all parties in ONE week.
In addition, I was not living at the property or in the area at the time of sale. Phil went above and beyond meeting surveyors at the property and also the buyer to measure up for furniture. Absolute first-class service from start to finish.
Do yourself a favour and avoid the usual high street chains and give Phil a call. It's literally like having a trusted friend sell your house for you. Thank you Phil !! ????????????

I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.
Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.
Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
