Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this.
I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket

Joe and the team at Fox and Sons were really helpful. They explained the sale process to us simply as it was our first sale and took us through every step. They were easy to reach and kept us up to date, despite having a busy summer period, even helping us with the solicitors. Would recommend ??????

I found the agency’s repeated calls very intrusive. They called without leaving a voicemail, including early morning at 8 am on Saturday and again on Monday morning, not helpful whwn i am on holiday. simply to ask whether I wanted to sell my house and look for another property. This felt highly inappropriate.<br><br>Ryan was unhelpful and wouldn’t confirm that my number would be removed from the call list. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

They say it's one of the most stressful chapters in your life however, you just need to have chosen the right team to help you through it. John was the winner of four estate agents. He was down to earth, friendly, informative, professional and so very supportive through the whole process. Then we met Evie who not only successfully supported us through our sale, she also spent time trying to help find a flat for my son! Evie has shared my laughter and my tears during our sale and I am so very grateful for her friendly, empathetic conversations on the phone. I know if I had to do it again I would definitely want this team of pro's to see me through again. I wish you all the very best! Thank you x

Really happy with our experience with Fox and Sons, the process was very straightforward and the communication was great throughout, Kyle in particular as well as Oakley was very helpful and friendly and made our whole process a lot less stressful would highly recommend. ??????

Although I have not ended up actually going forward with letting at present, I would like to say how informative polite and energised Kenzie was. If and when I am in a better position to be able to pursue a rental agreement I will definitely return to Fox & Sons for the same advice and guidance as I felt listened to heard and not judged For my current financial situation and personal circumstances, I would highly recommend

Much appreciation for all the effort and attentiveness I've been shown while looking for properties to buy.
