We had the most positive experience with Almer when it came to finding our next flat! After lots of viewings with other agents and companies, we had been feeling quite deflated, however Almer completely turned that around. He really listened to what we were looking for in a property and promptly arranged a viewing for an upcoming flat that ticked all the boxes. On the day of the viewing, he came prepared with all the key information about the property, which we really appreciated, and took the time to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Almer has such a kind manner and was incredibly professional throughout the whole process. After we put in our offer and it was accepted that same day, he worked so hard to get everything organised for a speedy move-in. We really can't thank him enough for going above and beyond, even working over the weekend to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible.<br><br>Moving can be a stressful process, but Almer made it feel so much easier. We couldn't be more appreciative of all the time and effort he put in to help us, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his clients. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely.
Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand.

I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea.
Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable.
He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage.
What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us.
I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

Bought my first house through this Foxtons Bushey branch. Team were absolutely fantastic throughout, Josh Cassidy in particular worked all hours of the day and night to help get the deal over the line, would not have happened without such a dedicated and fast acting team.

Make sure you take a picture of the every single item in the houses, they accused you of stealing items, when I have email Lanlord cousin will take most the belongings after they charged me accused me of stealing staff, I have pictures of items I have asked to be cleared from the house because it was most personal staff, after they charged me of missing items, Taylor foxton worker unprofessional accusing me of stealing things from the house, manager doesn’t want to put a report on her because they don’t know I have emails to prove Lanlord took the most items which she didn’t give a report what she has taken after they try to charge me, they try to charge me because the carpet was out of its place, make sure you video record every single item,
