We had the most positive experience with Almer when it came to finding our next flat! After lots of viewings with other agents and companies, we had been feeling quite deflated, however Almer completely turned that around. He really listened to what we were looking for in a property and promptly arranged a viewing for an upcoming flat that ticked all the boxes. On the day of the viewing, he came prepared with all the key information about the property, which we really appreciated, and took the time to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Almer has such a kind manner and was incredibly professional throughout the whole process. After we put in our offer and it was accepted that same day, he worked so hard to get everything organised for a speedy move-in. We really can't thank him enough for going above and beyond, even working over the weekend to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible.<br><br>Moving can be a stressful process, but Almer made it feel so much easier. We couldn't be more appreciative of all the time and effort he put in to help us, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his clients. I had a fantastic experience viewing properties with Shanique from Foxtons Bow. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. Shanique took the time to truly understand our needs and, impressively, came up with feasible and well-matched options in a very short time. This made the entire experience not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable.
What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable the whole viewing process felt. Shanique wasn’t just showing us properties — she gave us a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding area as well. She thoughtfully introduced us to nearby facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, and other local amenities that are essential for our future lifestyle. Her attention to detail and local knowledge were outstanding and incredibly helpful.
Overall, we felt very well taken care of and thoroughly impressed by her service. Highly recommend working with her!
