HAART were good once I got an allocated contact. Reasonable amount of viewings and sold relatively quickly considering the market.

When we were selling our flat our contact was Courtney. She was great, always easy to get hold of, helpful and kept us up to date on the process. Courtney was invaluable when we had issues that needed to be resolved. Would highly recommend.

I viewed a property yesterday in Leeds with Courtney yesterday and although it wasn’t what I was looking for she helped in every way possible. Now she’s going out of her way to personally help me find exactly what I’m looking for in what needs to be a fast turn around as my property has sold. My circumstances are unique due to the situation I am in however Courtney has been much more than estate agent. I couldn’t have asked for better services.

No response for 3 days with NO ELECTRICITY with children and working from home. The property management team do not answer the phone, nor email. I spoke to someone from lettings who said she will get the property management team to respond asap, still nothing. My food spoiled in my fridge and freezer, unable to work from home, unable to cook food. Disgusting agency. Wonder if they will respond when seeing this. Oh and when we moved in last year, similar issue with no hot water for over a week, but refused to give any kind of rent reduction or compensation. I will be taking legal action now.

Horrendous in all honesty. Completely duped into moving to Haart by some sales waffle, which was my mistake, I should’ve chosen a different estate agent.
They do not have an office in Woodbridge anymore, so don’t expect any window adverts etc.
I initially felt positive about listing with Haart then it all went wrong. The agent listed the property on RightMove without me approving, there were glaring errors in the advert which I had to get rectified. I ended up basically re-writing it. It had clearly been an AI generated advertisement, pretty poor when they expect a fixed fee of nearly 4.5k for selling the house.
The agent who was in “based” in Woodbridge left after a week of me going live with them, I was then passed to the Ipswich branch who were dealing with the sale. This was another joke.
I had to contact the branch for an update, I was talked into lowering the price to get more viewings…. These never materialised. I was promised weekly stats to show how the property was performing, again these never materialised. Emails with the manager who was now handling the property were clearly ignored.
To top it all off, I received a call from the branch asking if I still wanted to list my property with Haart as they were keen to market it…… it had already been on the market with them for nearly a month at this point so they had clearly zero idea about my property and were doing nothing to attempt to sell it.
Following this, I emailed the manager and asked that the property was removed from the market immediately, I was notified that this would happen and it would be removed from all portals immediately (as I requested). 24 hours later, it was still on RightMove, another email to the manager (clearly ignored again) and then out of the blue a call from Haart to state someone wanted to view…. What a coincidence! I told them that I had requested the property be removed and this had clearly been ignored. inItially I said no, but then reflected and decided to take the viewing (half expecting the “viewer” to arrive in a Haart branded uniform or something!).
The viewing happened, no offer, feedback was “they liked the property but didn’t want to proceed”, as useful as that was!!!
I requested that the property was removed from the market immediately, which on this occasion it was, straight away.
Never would I ever recommend Haart, unbelievable poor, poor management, poor communication, poor customer service.
Don’t do what I did, do your research and don’t fall for the horrendous sales patter.

I had a very bad experience with heart....two times..l went with them ..and both times..was a waste of time....l don't think Thay no what they are doing......l think heart s are crap......one of the worsed estate agent s around........ very poor......
